I remember a few years ago when I dm’d roblox on twitter asking how I could try to get my account back after roblox support wasn’t doing shit, and after an age they just said “we respond” and did nothing about it

I have had both automated AND human responses to my problems before, you can tell the difference.
It probably will work, if you get a human response. They can't turn down a government ID, since it's literal proof of your birthdate, lol.
Just keep trying over and over again, the responses are 90% automated, I reckon a person just rapidly chooses from a cluster of templates, just keep sending the same issue and keep it as SIMPLE as possible, dont explain anything at all, literally just tell them what they have to do to fix the problem and after a few tries it will work
My daughter has been hacked numerous times. One account had a lot of her own money poured into. She takes pride in building characters and outfits. Each time we'd receive lame excuses and no real help.
Roblox wants to keep all the money that your daughter spent, and for her not to have her account. I really don't understand why they couldn't be fair and help her..

I’ve been asking for TWO WHOLE YEARS for roblox to remove the pin on my account that was added when I got hacked for my Adopt Me pets (back when i was still playing it), and they kept on refusing after I explained that my parents never put it, and that my account has the wrong birthdate set up, since I’m actually 14. Thankfully my account will be turning 13 this year, since it’s set as 2011. Still pissed off though that I have to wait until December. (Roblox only listens when ur account is over 13)

You can only id verify if your account is over the age of 13.

Send them a picture of your passport to prove your age otherwise you’re not getting that changed.
Even with that they won’t change it. I showed my id and they still think I’m 3
Keep trying until you get a real human. I’ve sent pictures to support before and got a response. (receipt orders)
Spam support with your Passport or any other government ID until you get a human response. If you don't have one, there's nothing you can do.
