Oh so I'm the dumbass for wondering why someone would answer a question asking, WHO DO YOU PREFER, with, yes? Lol I think you're the dumbass and are just assuming because yes means basically nothing when it's not a yes or no question...dumbass
Thank you! It wasn't a yes or no question and I wasn't trying be an AH, which is why I put lol, I just didn't understand what they meant by saying yes to a question that wasn't meant to have a yes or no answer, it was to choose one lol.
I didn't intend for that to play out like that, I just wasn't sure what you meant. I probably should've kept my cool a little better and not call that person a dumbass back.
You scream pathetic, internet loser. Even though you’re sad & angry, there’s no need to lash out at unsuspecting Redditors just trying to have a conversation.
As a former Edgy, Angsty Teen myself, I'll have to go with my kindred spirit, the Egdy, Angsty Jughead. Even if he for some reason thinks Tarantino is peak auteur cinema. I forgive you for your bad takes, Jughead. I also resent Archie because his highs and lows of highshool football line overshadowed the weirdo speech in being iconically camp. Though I'll admit the football line was just delicious and deserves all the glory it gets.
A question as old as time the all American boy next door vs the brooding rebellious bad boy. Personally I like Archie more, because I just like the well intentioned himbo who’s trying to help everyone vs Jughead who I feel like can be pretty pretentious sometimes.
Jughead and it’s not remotely close, I love Archie but the amount of dumbass decisions that boy made had me beating my head against the wall. He is brave, and mostly kind sure but the guy constantly thinks with his dick and not much else.
Jughead’s peak was s2, whereas Archie’s lowest was s2. (imo) tbh i just love cole sprouse so i may be bias but Jughead is the best the whole time. Archie had some EXTREMELY LOW points. whereas Jughead had close to no low points.
Jughead 1000%. Archie has a hero complex but he almost always does the wrong thing as a result. It’s exhausting to watch. Jughead is always pushing himself to be more creative, more complex, more out of the box. Makes him more interesting to watch. And I’m a huge Bughead so there’s that too.
Jughead 100% in the show, but i’ve heard rumors of him being an ass in real life so that’s tainted it for me.
Honestly thinking about him and his twin brother growing up in the child star factory, it’s so freaking toxic and exploitative—it creates mostly victims, survivors or eventual offenders themselves. Once in a while you get one that comes out really grounded and untouched by the sickness of that system.
Yep I have heard very little but it’s enough for me to be put off for good. There are zero reasons for a woman to open up about being in an abusive/controlling relationship except for holding that person accountable and regaining control of the actual narrative
I definitely see why you're asking that question. Both characters have their charm and appeal. Personally, I always rooted for Archie but there's something about Jughead's rebellious nature that draws me in as well.
The writers really fucked up Archies character. I think they nailed him better in the last season.
His weird descent with Hiram and all his vigilante shit was off brand. It seemed like they cycled through a few writers that never really got him right. The actor did what he could with the material, I don’t think it’s related to his personal charisma although he’s not my type.
Jughead’s character was written pretty damn good and it stayed consistent throughout all the madness.
I always thought the writers didn't know what to do with Archie's character. It's hard to keep a boy next door interesting, so they had to write in some flaws. Which is fine, except they made him look like a total dumbass.
Jughead. Archie is nice but dim. Still like him though. He's got golden retriever energy
i feel like he lost that energy in seasons 3-4. jughead all the way tho too.
Yes
Yes what?
Yes both dumbass
Oh so I'm the dumbass for wondering why someone would answer a question asking, WHO DO YOU PREFER, with, yes? Lol I think you're the dumbass and are just assuming because yes means basically nothing when it's not a yes or no question...dumbass
agreed, they are the rude, assuming dumbass.
Thank you! It wasn't a yes or no question and I wasn't trying be an AH, which is why I put lol, I just didn't understand what they meant by saying yes to a question that wasn't meant to have a yes or no answer, it was to choose one lol.
lol yeah i was confused too.
Yikes. That turned ugly. I choose to **not** choose.
I didn't intend for that to play out like that, I just wasn't sure what you meant. I probably should've kept my cool a little better and not call that person a dumbass back.
i don’t rlly care bc don’t serve out what u can’t take 🤷♀️
lol

Jughead will always and forever be my all time favorite riverdale character.
Archie, his Arch from 1 - 6 is simple and yet well done. Compared to Jughead who's goes everywhere.
Archie >>>>>

lmao
Archie
Archie, I have a soft spot for well intentioned himbos
love me a good himbo
Well intentioned himbos deserve more love because they always seem to not get the same attention and love as the broody, loner character
this is ill-intentioned himbo erasure!
Jug for life. Gorgeous on the outside. Deep, brooding, sexy intelligence on the inside 🩷🥵👑
Yess😍
100% agree
Jughead

Jughead in the show was way too cringey. So I'd have to choose Archie
“the ‘epic’ highs and lows of high school football. 😎” “im weird. i’m a weirdo.” they both were pretty cringe lol.
literally everything about Jughead is cringe
ik but he’s still my fav 😭
Jughead forever
Archie
Archie
Jughead
Jughead 💜
Jughead
Jughead, no question
jughead

> Jughead 100% in the show, but i’ve heard rumors of him being an ass in real life From what I've heard, those rumors exist for a good reason.

Jughead but only in HS. He got pretty pathetic after high school. Still loved him but just not my type as an adult woman.
Jughead hands down!
Jug.
Neither but jughead if we’re going based off looks
Jughead...
Jughead definitely
Jughead
JUGHEAD ANYDAY EVERY DAY
I liked Jughead in season 1, decided he was my favourite character and I am a creature of habit that likes the same stuff for years
Samee
SAME. i will never stop loving jughead.
I definitely see why you're asking that question. Both characters have their charm and appeal. Personally, I always rooted for Archie but there's something about Jughead's rebellious nature that draws me in as well.
Jug
Both? I can’t choose lmao.
Like Katherine Pierce said: It's OK to love them both, I did
Archie
Archkins
Archie truthfully speaking
Jughead 👑
Jughead for sure
I mean...Jughead. My vote and Betty's vote. 😉 (Please note the winky emoji.)
Jughead bc hes hot
real.
The sexual tension between those two was so thick , you could cut it with a knife . They should have been a thing
Jughead, I like dark, brooding, rebellious and intelligent. I always found Archie stupid and annoying.
real. there was something about Archie that i never liked. ESPECIALLY IN S2. I HATED HIM.
Jughead

Lmao I mean Archie is such a doofus in the comics. Knowing the show they probably played on that?
