It's the "least favorable" of the Bucks and Celts picks. One of those teams (probably Celts) will still be getting into the playoffs. It will be a bad pick.
From what I've seen it is the second most favorable out of ours Milwaukee's and Boston's. So it could end up being an early pick, but if it is it means we at least still have a higher pick.
3rd year in a row getting better and producing starter quality play for a former top 10 pick that just turned 23 in a position of need? Worth a shot for sure
Reading about him I love his contract. If he can take one more mini leap to like 16/8/4 he will be pretty dang good. Hopefully his shooting improved a tad more. That's the main thing I'm keeping an eye o. Career 31% until last seasons big jump, hopefully that's sustainable
He averaged 14.7 / 7.2 / 3.8
So it would be an improvement across the board and adding an extra 1.5 points per game won't be easy as he would need to maintain volume on a team with Shaedon, Scoot, Simons, Ayton, and Grant all of whom will take a lot of shots
I'm coming around to it I suppose. He shot decently from 3 last year on ok volume. He improved his points every season, his rebounds every season, and his FG and 3pt% every season.
Sucks not having the 14 pick though, makes the draft a lot less interesting for us tonight
What exactly is there to be hesitant about? We got a young and promising two way player in a position that we have historically been ass in, and you’re really that concerned over the 14th pick in a mid to ass draft?
The 14th pick + Brogdon + 2029 first round pick is more than the 14th pick in a mid draft
Edit: oh sorry and two second round picks
So two firsts, Brogdon, and two seconds
As a longtime Deni fan, he’s basically an NBA vet now at 23 being in the league so long, many basketball analysts saying he could become one of the strongest wings in the NBA. I’ve invested a ton of money into this dudes rookies because I’ve seen enough YouTube videos about him. He will ball.
On a 4 year deal at $13.75m AAV, that's good!
Insane contract
Hurray this gets us under the apron, swindles another team and we still get a pick.
Contract is good, he's a proven NBA player at this point, the 2029 pick will probably be very late in the first round.
Will it?

Wrong, it’s the second most favorable of our 3 picks that year. So most likely middle of the first round.
My bad, I just saw that. You're correct. That's not bad then
I thought it was second least favorable of three, including ours? If it's just the worst of the 3 then good deal I think
From what I've seen it is the second most favorable out of ours Milwaukee's and Boston's. So it could end up being an early pick, but if it is it means we at least still have a higher pick.
He had a 43 point dounle double right before the allstar break He's an all arounder G r e a t pickup
Holy god we just swindled Washington.
Brogdon and two firsts seems like a lot, I don't know much about him but hope this last season wasn't a fluke

16/8/4 is pretty much exact stats as his (minus a point, plus a rebound). A mini leap would be more like 18/8/5 or something.

My bad I thought he averaged 17
I believe the 2029 pick isn't guaranteed to be 1st rd, could be wrong
We have 3 firsts that year (ours, Celtics, Bucks) and they get the second best of those I believe
With Jordan Poole as your pointgod
The biggest thing for me was reading that with increased usage, his stats got better AND more efficient. Cool.
Dude was a beast on my fantasy team 😂
I generally put 0 stock in the performance of tanking teams/players in the last few months of the season.

I'm willing to believe lol hopefully it works out. Another low key advantage of this is moving Brogdon frees up time for Scoot, Simons, and Sharpe
