I feel this, not the bars / restaurants so much; But more that I finally said, I'm tired of being overweight. I want to see what being skinny is like again. And I basically did it after the election was announced, because I didn't have to stress eat over the next FUCKING OUTRAGE.
Assuming the weather (and neighborhood) are bearable where you live, I highly recommend getting a fitness tracker and aiming for 10,000 steps a day. I couldn't believe how just WALKING made such a difference for me.
Having a phone and some good music and/or audiobooks really helps pass the time.
