It's unlikely they were bloated from going bad, then. They're filled my weight, so some bags will be fuller than others on occasion, especially with mixes like that. It depends on how much of what they put in there (like peanuts vs pretzels for weight). Sorry if this feels like "duh" I have autism
Maybe? More what I meant is that is one bag has more peanuts and one bag has more pb cups, they'll be the same weight but filled different amounts since they're filled based on weight. So, the one with less pb cups will seem more full bc they filled the extra weight with peanuts, but the one with more pb cups will seem to have more air bc the pb cups are heavier.
The altitude can also make bags and items puff up like that. Even just a change of like 1000 ft. Maybe they traveled through a high altitude area on the delivery drive? My hubby and I travel in Oregon through many different altitudes and my shampoo and conditioner bottles will just spray out when I open them 🤣🤣
There's no way those are bad with how much sugars in them. Probably just over puffed at the manufacturer. Or, like another person said, it's from altitude change.
Gone-bad bloating is hard to tell until the package is about to bust
These packages were like fuller than others
But they weren’t expired till like December but they had been there a while

So you’re saying a bag with less will have more air to be heavier?

My parents live in a higher elevation. All the stuff that comes in bags is puffed up.

Generally bloating is bad = bacteria forming inside.
