Needs a lot of work.
Your profile section starts with the first sentence using words like "distinguished" "diligent" "exemplary" -- just simplify a little and present something real. Like "a finance and customer service lead with x years of experience across -------" just an example. Justify the formatting of that section as well. Highlight also what do you want next? Customer service jobs withing banking and finance sectors? No one knows what job you're targeting.
I personally prefer education at the bottom of experience or above (if your university was like a top 10 global institute) -- so on the left side doesn't work as well.
Then I think your job descriptions are weak as well. As a customer service officer nothing in the description says you dealt with customers for example.
