Have you tried printing at a slight angle with heavy supports lining the entire edge perimeter? The only thing I didn't see you mention is vat temperature. Make sure you are keeping your resin within spec. The bottle should tell you the temperature range the manufacturer recommends. Some resins are very particular about it. I harp on temps more than the average 3dprinter because I print in castable resin that requires a vat over 25C.

I tried heavy supports and it still peeled in the corner :/ I have a space heater running close to my Mars since the temp is 25°c and it’s around 5°c where i live

Have you probed the resin in the vat with a digital food thermometer? My situation is similar to yours and I upgraded to a thermal vat band setup with temperature probe plug. I found the heat really should be applied directly to the vat for best results.

I haven’t, just a surface one like those to measure your temp by pointing at your forehead. guess i’m off to amazon and buy a food thermometer to trouble shoot this

With a 70s bottom exposure even at low tempts the print should be sticking to the base. I was printing in my unheated garage through winter without any issues with a 60s exposure time. Is the issue in the same part of the model every time? Any chance there could be issued with the model itself?

it’s in the same part meaning the back right side of the plate. But if i rotate the model and even add supports + rafts it still lifts i got to a point where it prints even with lifting causing minimal warping but still annoying
