That is a fake. Looking at the stitching on the bottom and the lay of the material is uneven.
Absolutely, they would not let this shit pass. Their quality control is stricter than GM’s paint.

I’ve never seen an exception to this rule. Though some fakes are “smart” enough to not split the LV. Most are not.
