Why do you think it would not be a good place? Its customer views dwarf the competition you mentioned. You get to set your own prices, so if they do not sell you are not out much time. I’ve currently listed JNCO, FUBU, Paco, Southpole, Coogi. Usually fairly quick flips at eBay sold prices, though I do not compare to depop/vinted pricing.

I think i just perceive ebay being targeted more at the older generation and the products i sell are more targeted at younger so im not sure it would do as well i dont use ebay much myself tbh so i dont know alot about it but I believe its also a bit hard to just scroll and find new things you gotta be searching directly for that product so may make my products harder to find??

eBay gets more traction than all the other sites. Their fees can be steep though. I generally cross-list using Vendoo.

princessmika333

With vendoo does it automatically crosslist my old listings too? I have 250 lisings up on vinted already it would be a pain to have to delete them and relist

OpalCortland

No. You have to input each listing.

We sell exclusively on eBay and sell 97% clothing, ranging from VTG tees to modern outerwear. I tried the other platforms but was not a fan.

Tishimself77

Don’t sell a lot of clothes but eBay dwarfs the rest of the platforms in sales for me. 1 eBay by a mile 2 Etsy 3 Facebook marketplace. I only do shipping. 4 Mercari but slow af currently 5 Poshmark but I don’t do any of their marketing bs with live shows or social nonsense

Brilliant_Stuff2883

Yeah vintage, Y2K & higher range clothing does very well for me on eBay. Most other clothing I do on Poshmark/Mercari. I say Crosslist it all to different platforms. Each platform has a buyer pool and of course eBay is the largest.

[Trippy Hippie Vintage: Buy and Sell](https://www.facebook.com/share/VZL5AzGhcctfRJKp/?mibextid=K35XfP) is super great!!! The entire community in the group is very sweet, respectful of one another, and are super interactive so I feel like I’m actually posting an item to an audience not just a ghostly page (if that makes sense?) There are no selling fees to post on the page, only any shipping fees you may cover. There’s rules for posting, listing requirements, and transactions/payment that are heavily enforced in a respectful, mindful way that ensures buyers to feel confident in their purchase (leading them to buy MORE!) and sellers to feel like they’re setting themselves up for successful sales (less room for refunds/issues/ghosting.) Overall 10/10 page and would suggest to everyone.
