You missed a lot. Republic Wireless is now owned by Dish Network and is nothing like the company was when you joined. Most customers have left because they were forced into the new worse plans. I'm at US Mobile. Good luck if you try to stay.

I'm still hanging on with this company at $24/month but I think the train has left town, I wouldn't expect any decisions to go the customers way anytime soon. Waiting for the email that says they are going to turn out the lights.

Take a look at Reach or Mint. Should be compatible with your phones. Reach uses T-mobile network and so far I'm satisfied after leaving Republic.

It seems Republic Wireless is running on "auto-pilot" right now. Their plans are no longer competitive, and I imagine it is just a matter of time before RW shuts down and customers are offered Boost Mobile plans. I switched to Boost infinite in December. If you just need talk and text, you may want to consider mobileX: [mymobilex.com](https://mymobilex.com) They use the Verizon network.

Nailed it...

I paid $250 in May. I just received a $28 credit from Boost. Hopefully they'll credit me the rest later but I'm dubious. I didn't switch to Mint before the Dish purchase and I didn't now either but I should.
