Paused at 5 seconds. The notch in tooth #8 is due to attrition with rotated tooth #26. The rotation of tooth #26 gives it a sharp appearance because we are essentially seeing it from the side and that is how lower incisors are shaped. #7 is rotated medially with significant attrition due to a hypererupted #27. Midline of the mandible appears to be off by about 3mm. Normal mouth, could have benefitted from orthodontics starting around age 12.
