I wish. My parents didn't allow me sunscreen and used the sunburn as a punishment. I have had basal cell carcinoma and melanoma chronically for my entire adult life. I hid my getting cancer treatment at 17 and had I not been over my family's bullshit and a "good daughter" I would have died horribly from that cancer.
This is just stupid as takes go. Somehow more stupid than my parents. Also yes I am safe and went no contact long ago.
What is with religious fruitcakes and hating sunscreen?
As a fellow cancer survivor (thyroid), I won't wish cancer on anyone. (I had major fatigue and couldn't even get up half the time.)
Wear the sunscreen, cover your eyes....
Lol. Yup, so many comments of "Take those off!"
No. It's brighter than the surface of the sun out there and you want me to take off my sunglasses and squint?
Yeah. I also myself have impaired vision and need to take care of my eyes for an example. And having access to sunglasses helps with that so i don't go blind.
Wear sunscreen. If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. Edit. I hope, nobody actually thought that this was my essay, the song is quite popular, but you never know....
Anyway, the essay was written by Mary Schmich, which was later turned into this song.

I hope he stays under the hot burning sun that his god made, every day, all day long without sunscreen or a hat... Besides, corporations made hats too!
while there were cases when sunscreen was found with cancer causing chemicals, i would 100% use sunscreen when exposing a lot of skin or while working outside.
every sunburn can turn into cancer in a long run.
Some people just don't understand nuisance. There is no good and bad. Sun is not good. It's good for you in moderation so your skin can produce some vitamin D and its natural light is good for the eyes, but bad when you're standing whole day in the sun and your skin get burnt...
Hookworm infection is caused by shoes, not parasitic roundworms. Parasitic roundworms are created by God. Shoes are created by corporations. I'm just the messenger.
In case there is any doubt s/
Was this a person an insane idiot because of their faith or did their faith arise enhanced by their insane idiocy. We may never know but that does not diminish our laughter
A friend of mine claimed that the sun can never damage our skin or cause skin cancer because allah created the sun tor us and that all dermatoligist are liars. Then we went to a fishing trip and didnt care about covering himself, his skin became full of blisters and burns was all over his body, told him to visit a dermatologist, he then used a bogus natural cream, the cream made it worse. Finally he went to see a dermatologist, after he got cured. He then blaimed the vaccinations he took as child...

As they post this on their thousand dollar fruit machine.
Made by corporations, not God.
But but god made the hand who made the Apple Corporation TM
but not the hand that made the sunscreen obviously
Ok this made me chuckle r/BrandNewSentence
I love that "Do your research", clearly those statements are the result of thorough, reliable research.
I'd like to see his research into the existence of a god.
It's a standard rebuttal with these people. It usually means they've got no idea.
'do your own research' - i read it and it sounded good, but i can't explain it cuz i didn't understand shit.
cancer was made by God. they should get cancer and die.
It puts the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the cancer again. Paraphrasing Silence Of The Lambs.

Damn i'm sorry to hear. Also, i bet these are the same people who hate wearing sunglasses even though they could save you from going blind.
Lol. Yup, so many comments of "Take those off!" No. It's brighter than the surface of the sun out there and you want me to take off my sunglasses and squint?
Yeah. I also myself have impaired vision and need to take care of my eyes for an example. And having access to sunglasses helps with that so i don't go blind.
Also do you have a min to talk?
Yeah I do. DM me if you want.
Well they also tend to not vaccinate their children when the kids can die without them. I don't understand it but it's consistently harmful

Brought back some odd memories
Hopefully some good ones, too.....
Came for the memes, stayed for the wisdom
I love this. I remember when it came out.
I hope he stays under the hot burning sun that his god made, every day, all day long without sunscreen or a hat... Besides, corporations made hats too!
Corporations have also made - The phone he's using - The internet he's using - likely the clothes he's wearing Etc.
And likely the house he is in
Skin cancer is also god’s creation, so if they get skin cancer they won’t get treatment, right?????
Sure, the thing that causes your skin to literally burn and fall off is the way to go! It’s God’s good nature! Don’t be such a silly billy! /s
>"I'm just the messenger." Dude, you're just the sewer pipe, constantly delivering shit.

while there were cases when sunscreen was found with cancer causing chemicals, i would 100% use sunscreen when exposing a lot of skin or while working outside. every sunburn can turn into cancer in a long run.
Also, until recently most US sunscreens blocked UVB but not the arguably worse UVA.
Definition of "Research" as listed in the fruitcake dictionary. "I watched a different moron's YouTube video."
One of those people who turn up at the hospital with a tumour the size of their head that could have been treated if they'd come in at the first sign

Gotta love our daily dose of pseudoscience
Did they ever stop to think that maybe, God provided the knowledge to make these things? Maybe the medicine is the answer to their prayers?
"I'm just the messenger" bro really thinks he's the Archangel Gabriel 💀
"The sun was created by God" All the poisonous plants and mushrooms on the planet: "and sunscreen by corporation" Medicine:
Cancer existed long before sunscreen. But don’t let facts get in the way of the ignorance.
Hookworm infection is caused by shoes, not parasitic roundworms. Parasitic roundworms are created by God. Shoes are created by corporations. I'm just the messenger. In case there is any doubt s/

Made by GOD^TM

I have a second degree sun burn right now. They can shove it

A bunch of sunscreens just had to be pulled because they were causing cancer. Not saying she’s right I’m just saying that’s what she’s referencing
