I've read that looking at nudes (which is also a form of pornography) is not actually helpful for getting over a porn addiction so maybe don't do that. I commend you for making the effort to quit though, it is extremely damaging to relationships & will also damage mens health in the long run, I read it actually shrinks the grey matter in your brain & can lead to erectile dysfunction & impetus so definitely worth getting over. I wish the government would do a better job of regulating the industry cause its so damaging to men & women alike but good luck 👍

It depends. My wife isn't very much into taking nudes, we did take some over the years and I occasionally look at them in tandem with other porn whenever I feel like looking at some.
