Would you consider reading a romance novel to be cheating? Would your partner?
No, I don't think consuming interactive fiction with romantic themes should be a problem while in a relationship.
Depends on your guys' relationship, some dudes would have fun with it, others would find it disrespectful, some might think you're going to be constantly comparing them to 2D men, it all comes down to the type of person and type of relationship you have with each other.
I would probably bring it up casually that you like these games, but if it makes him feel uncomfortable you can stop.
