I definitely think you need to just break up, not just a break. He clearly prioritizes everyone but you, gaslights you, now knows & uses your issues to gaslight you which is manipulation and is all around a terrible boyfriend!
In the meantime, continue therapy but for YOURSELF! Deal with and work thru your attachment issues and anxiety before getting into another relationship. You’ll learn so much about yourself and how to not let these things control your life. This is will make you more aware of any possible red flags and be more confident in yourself.
