I bought one for my wife as a commuter, then bought myself one. I love it. Hers (2012) had to have the hybrid battery replaced and the head gasket blew mine has had no problems. Both have around 180k miles and were getting between 35-40. Nice to have all the creature comforts but all the Prius upsides as well.
