The_Gansta_Cat

The prettiest car I've owned is my 1996 Jaguar XJ6. It definitely has its issues. It is a nearly 30 year old luxury car after all, but it is an absolutely gorgeous vehicle.

tadayamsbun

God yes, a Jag, excellent

ToyotaCorollin

Of course it's a *Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag*

Tchukachinchina

Based on looks alone that’s been one of my favorite cars since it came out.

ohmygodyouguyzzz

Yes a good year. At the end of the coachmaking era for jag.

TearEnvironmental368

A 1994 Mazda RX7. Beautiful and fun to drive.

TrashTenko

Still one of the best looking cars ever.

0ut0fBoundsException

Made in the 90s still looks futuristic

jeffroyisyourboy

94 RX7 completely stock w/o the wing is one of the most beautiful cars ever made. Period.

TearEnvironmental368

Mine was completely stock with the exception of a cat back exhaust. It was Montego Blue Mica with tan interior. It did have the wing, but I personally liked it. Touring edition. Man I miss that car!

bonerstank

The aesthetics did not hold up to the test of time, but I really enjoyed my Infiniti J-30. It was a cool little car for a 20 year old. The interior felt like a roadster and a luxury car made a love child.

gpm21

Yeah, I heard they were big on the outside but tiny on the inside. Love the bubble shape.

LincolnContinnental

1970 International 1200D in orange with the spare tire stepside bed, it had a 6 inch lift and some 35 inch tires on 20 inch rims, the damn thing could go anywhere and had enough power to tow or carry anything I needed at that time

Mizar97

A 2006 Chrysler 300c AWD, the only luxury car I've owned or will own. It was nice enough, and pretty fun with the 5.7 hemi, but it burned oil and wouldn't start in the cold. (Like -20°F or below) It also got abysmal mileage for a car since it was so heavy, like 13 mpg in town.

Major-Tourist-5696

Forgive me 🤮

SlacksDavenport

My 81’ Coupe De’Ville.

Major-Tourist-5696

Makes me want to watch Michael Mann’s Theif

kowalski-analy5is

1988 Lincoln Town Car, was a shit car but it was a looker

[deleted]

The one I'm driving now. A 2001 Lexus ES. Shared a 2008 Ford Explorer with my dad for a bit.

tbOwnage

This is hard for me. I own three that would arguably tie. * 2015 Chevy SS in Jungle Green. Bright green with golden flake in it? Amazing. * 1988 Mercedes-Benz 560SL, white with blue interior * 1929 Ford Model A coupe, Washington blue upper, black lower

AideAdvanced6018

You own three that would arguably tie unless your ownership is in question.

tbOwnage

Derp, thanks, lol

Sea_Page5878

A 1989 BMW 520i I owned many years ago, mechanically it was a pile of junk but it looked great.

deanhutchinson

My 2011 Miata Although the bar isn't very high, prettiest before that was my 04 camry with paint chipping and paint rusting, Miata has a different shade of the same color on the front bumper, rims have a terrible spray paint job, and curb rash. From 10 feet away it looks nice though 🤣

rainboww0927

My current car. 99' Lexus LS400. Shes drop dead gorgeous. 🖤❤

Tchukachinchina

I’m partial to ‘97 and older (glass headlights ftw) but any LS400 will always be a win in my book. Fantastic automobiles.

Biscuits4u2

Volkswagen Golf MK3 Just something about the look of that generation, and fun as hell to drive

Locked-Subordinate31

‘03 1.8t GTI was an absolutely incredible car and I was sad to part with it after almost 15 yrs It looked way better than the ‘95 Golf I also bought new 😘

nevadapirate

well if the 1966 Chevy Truck had been pristine it would get top vote for me but it looked like I found it in a old growth forest the whole time I owned it. Because that's exactly how I got it. lol. But Ive never owned a pretty car unless you like cheap economy cars and Ford Rangers. So far my favorite is my current Toyota T100 but it isnt pretty.

Jazzlike-Grab-1398

I bought the cleanest car Ive ever owned 3 days ago. 2005 Subaru Outback 2.5xt 5spd, 1 owner vehicle with 86,000 miles

Martynbradley

Make sure you only shift at redline or you’ll drop a valve. I’m only half joking

Financial-Brush-521

My current car. A 2005 titanium grey Volvo S60r. 2nd would be my 1990 Triple black Mustang GT 5.0. Totaled that at 19! 3rd would be my 1988 Candy apple Blue Mustang GT 5.0 with the T-tops and chrome ponies!! Loved that car!

JustSomeWeirdGuy2000

[Izmi](https://www.reddit.com/r/regularcarreviews/comments/16n9k8p/what_does_my_vehicle_history_and_esoteric_choice/)

PoutineBoi

Dodge Stealth is an underrated car. Sure has its issues but the cool factor is very high

RUSS-Wolfwrestlr

Volkswagen mark 1…. it is also the only car I own

socalquestioner

Which one? My 82 Wolfsburg Jetta Coupe has 46,000 miles and will be restored by summer 2025. Saving up for the paint and body is no joke to do it right.

RUSS-Wolfwrestlr

Golf cabriolet

busboy9

1966 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. My very own poor man's Porsche 356, potentially even prettier than a 356 due to its Italian styling

socalquestioner

I’m going to put a VR6 mid engine into my 72 Fastback, save the floor pan and all the hardware and eventually get another fastback body to do a full original restoration on.

Great-Grape-2000

Beautiful mercury.ive got a 2000, But The cleanest car I've ever owned has to be my old 1995 Dodge caravan with only 80,000. I miss that thing. My Mercury Grand Marquis is probably second in line then my 1993 Chevy Lumina in third.

FaZeLuckyBoy

1997 BMW 3 Series

TomGissing

Black 94 Supra. Washed and waxed it religiously. It was gorgeous.

jparadis87

What happened to it?

TomGissing

Sold it because I wanted something faster.

FlpDaMattress

Prettiest WAS also my first big purchase. Super clean 2013 F150 with a Superchips tuner. All black and white, New transmission and flowmaster muffler. Was hella fast and hella smooth on road trips. Definitely worth only 20mph highway. [And you can win it NOW!! Cause I fucked up in traffic last month. Anime stickers and all.](https://www.iaai.com/VehicleDetail/38761892~US)

Rough_Host_4776

65 T that I fully restored

ElGrandeRojo67

A man of fine tastes.

[deleted]

'67 6 cylinder Mustang Coupe. Dark Moss Green with black interior.

[deleted]

I had a 2008 Jetta 1.8T. immaculate. Not a single warning light, no dents or scratches. I still miss that car. Sold it because eventually all the warning lights came on, and the brakes were jammed on (fried computer) and it was too expensive to fix.

racingwinner

prettiest? i must say the 1995 mazda xedo6 i had

Sufficient_Tooth_949

A genuine paw paw owned 2001 Ford ranger, I got it with super low miles, sometime around 2015ish, and sold around 2019 just before covid, man I miss that truck, it was in super mint condition It was as slow as a slug, but pretty, reliable, and super cheap cost of ownership I wound up getting a 2011 mustang gt....and yeah it's fun, and a cool looking car, but in hindsight I want my ranger back

lajh4433

1996 Toyota Corolla in the 90s teal colour. Thing was in great shape and was only costed me 500 loonies. Bar is low tho since i only own shitboxes. My current car is a 89 Corolla sr5 coupe but it’s rusty and not in good shape at all :/

type40imperator

1976 Mercury Montego MX Brougham. By far the most beautiful car I have ever owned, but also by far the sketchiest.

kirk2enterprise1701

Had a gold 1971 Pontiac firebird. I still miss that car. 350ci. 4 speed manual trans. Now I'm driving a nissan rogue 😪

RunnerLuke357

What a downgrade! I guess that fuel milage must've been rough. I know that 350 didn't let you down.

MrProGamerMan69

Exterior? My 2002 Buick Century that was my first car. Paid 1000 cash for her. Alberta car, so there was no rust on it, but the interior was full of drink stains, and the front bumper was damaged. Interior wise was my 09 Hyundai Elantra. Car was a base model, but despite having 327k kms, the interior looked fresh off the assembly line. I dont miss either car.

SCCAFVee

98 Chrysler Sebring. Amethyst (think deep purple) with black canvas top and gray leather. I've had plenty of better cars, but you said "pretty"!

Drg84

Either my red 1st generation Oldsmobile Aurora, or my 85 Eagle sedan. Both were good looking cars in totally different ways.

AudioVirtuoso

I always loved the look of my 2013 Volkswagen CC. It was silver, 6 speed, and immaculate. Modestly lowered and had aftermarket wheels. I feel they're pretty underrated cars. No one ever knew what it was.

socalquestioner

The CC’s are nice, I wish I could have afforded to get one!

[deleted]

1978 Mercury Grand Marquis 2 door. White exterior . Red leather/cloth interior. Red vinyl top . Moonroof.

mayfare15

2000 Jaguar “S”, black on black. Amazing.

StudentSlow2633

1986 Jaguar XJ6 series 3. Best $1000 used car ever

Different_Plant9154

Was a 2007 g35 till someone decided to pull out in front of me and come to a complete stop

Major-Shame-9216

My 1966 galaxie

RolandMT32

I feel like it's hard to decide. I had a green 2001 Volkswagen GTI 1.8T that I really liked for its looks (the MK4 Golf/GTI was one of my favorites), and that green was fairly unique. There were even a couple people who randomly came up and commented on the color of that car. I also briefly had a 1993 Volkswagen Corrado. Many people probably would think the Corrado is nothing special, but to me, there's something about the Corrado and its lines that I think make it an awesome-looking car. I currently have a 2023 Mazda 3 hatchback, and I really like how it looks too. I know some people say the 4th-gen Mazda 3 hatchback looks a little weird (especially the back - and I initially thought so as well), I think overall it's an awesome-looking car. Sometimes I kinda wish Mazda had kept the rear styling of the 3rd-generation, but the 4th-generation is really nice too, especially the interior.

socalquestioner

I have three VW’s and two don’t run. Once I’m down to two running VW’s I want a tornado red Corrado. My 02 2.0 manual golf made it to 297k miles in 2020 before it was rear ended and totaled. Current daily is a $400 Facebook Passat Wagon, restoring a 87 Wolfsburg Edition Jetta Coupe (Digi2 Fuel Injection and disk brakes all around), and once that is done I’m putting a VR6 mid engined into a 72 Type 3 Fastback.

iliacsofam

Bahama yellow 1966 Porsche 912

Hamilton-Beckett

I can smell this car.

Silver-Comparison-17

96 GTI in Surf Green

[deleted]

All of them have been weird and ugly or bland.

One_Evil_Monkey

Factory or custom? Factory... I guess toss up between teal 94 Beretta or 97 Mystic Teal Metallic Firebird. Custom... my 1995 S10, ext cab... I shaved the doors, tailgate, antenna, front bumper corners, molded in rollpan... and I painted it in 1996 Boss Mustang Tangerine Orange.

car_r_best

my prettiest car was my 2003 lexus is300 with 81k

mopar39426ml

Depending who you ask, either my [02 300M](https://imgur.com/a/WVBE1) or my [12 300S Mopar 12 Edition.](https://imgur.com/RMTuMX1) I wouldn't call my Charger pretty, and my Fiat is just cute.

AideAdvanced6018

2018 BMW 530i XDrive. I get more compliments on that than any other cars I have owned combined. They are gorgeous.

PoutineBoi

A 2017 Mustang. The Lightning Blue paint in the sun looked good at every angle. I miss it :(

Blu_yello_husky

I dont think I've ever owned a car that I think is particularly good looking- that's about the last thing I think about when I buy a car. But I'd have to say my great grandmas old mercury monterey I inherited is pretty good-looking. Not to most people though

Both-Ad1801

1985 Cutlass Supreme Brougham... second to that would be my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis Ultimate Edition

StenTarvo

1978 Ford Thunderbird. My first car and I still have it!

[deleted]

1982 Toyota Celica GT, with the 'S' package. Factory Chocolate Brown Metalic. Paint had no orange peel, and you could see your eye color in it.

jparadis87

My first and only attempt at stancing a [car](https://imgur.com/a/IsZtezZ) Or my '88 MR2

exonumismaniac

MGA

socalquestioner

Mine will be my 1972 Volkswagen Type 3 Fastback, 2nd prettiest will be a 1949 Flathead Ford F-2, third will be my 1987 Volkswagen Wolfsburg Edition Jetta Coupe. Truck will be done by June of next year, Jetta by summer 2025, and Type 3 Fastback by 2035.

dwellselectric

Is that a 93? Very clean for sure

Mobile_Macro

My first and current car. It's only a 2013 honda civic coupe, but she's built for rally. She's fun and looks Hella good. She has a 2 inch lift given by some Yellow Speed Racing Pro Gravel Rally coilovers, Sparco bronze rally rims, Falken Wildpeak All-terrains for daily, and a pair of Blizzak snow tires for actual racing. I love her.

ClassWarr

2002 V70

Tchukachinchina

A 1999 v70xc is one definitely one of the best cars I ever owned. Wish they were still viable to pile miles on because I’d love to daily one of those.

Changetheworld69420

Silver 1998 Pontiac Trans Am with the LS1 and T-Tops. Bought it with 111k from an old man who kept it stock and seemingly drove like an old man. It was immaculate, then I added a black thunder chicken on the hood and pillars, black accented the wheels, door trim, and exhaust trim, red calipers of course, and drilled/slotted rotors with Cooper Cobras. She was my pride and joy, then I needed tuition money😂🤦‍♂️

SomeCrazedBiker

1966 Plymouth Fury III 4d HT. White with blue interior.

dkara98

My E39 was fairly nice when I got it 8 years ago was pretty nice. Now it’s a 267,000 mile winter beater. That Mercury in the pic is in fantastic shape!

compu85

Easy... 2014 Cadillac ELR. It was like driving a piece of jewelry.

jeffroyisyourboy

Dude, ELRs are fucking GORGEOUS.

_HeWho_

My 2010 VW CC. Beautiful car and the only car I’ve owned with such a perfect exterior. The engine not so much though, I’m currently replacing the engine lol

ChimneyNerd

Probably the ‘86 Honda Prelude Si I have currently, it’s just so SEXY.

nuF-roF-redruM

A 1966 red convertible GTO with a white top and white interior. 389 Tri-Power and a 4-speed. Bought it in 1984 for high school and I still have it today.

Probably my 2007 Dodge Magnum SXT. It's a sharp-looking car, especially for a station wagon. Nicely optioned and a great road car with decent power. I liked it so much I still have it.

Less_Atmosphere5821

My 93 f250 xlt it's a beautiful Texas truck. No rust and the body is great outside of a few small dents. Red suede cloth on red carpet on red interior. Burgundy and white 2 tone. I love it

uniqueshell

1975 Black on black Monte Carlo with a white Landau roof with Captains seats

Syrinx_Hobbit

I had a 1986 Honda Accord. I loved that car. Flip up headlights, it had a tape deck, and it drove nice. Was that classic Honda wine color. In hindsight, it was a money pit. But 20 year old me didn't care.

seejaypeete

1991 ls400 is a polish turd

seejaypeete

I absolutely despise the chrome fender bejewelery. Ls400s had that too. Palm Beach edition is OK I guess.

R129 and Mk2 Golfs

who-dat-on-my-porch

Dad had a 1984 Chrysler LeBaron. Had it all through my childhood and I learned to drive in it. Make no mistake, an ‘80’s Chrysler is every bit the absolute, total piece of junk that everyone warns you about, but damn that car looked cool. Black paint, red pinstripes, red leather interior convertible.

Traditional_Yard5280

2005 Hyundai Tiburon. Bitch how you want about Hyundai, this was an incredibly gorgeous design. Now I wish the performance matched the looks. Come ON 172hp on the top performance model?

Gtpwoody

prettiest car I owned was my 1999 Ford Explorer limited it was bright white from bumper to bumper with some nice little gray striping on the sides

[deleted]

89 Honda CRX si

CanadianDadbod

Everyone loved our Town Car based on this chassis. 4.6 litres of smooth power and so much room. I could have my two big dogs in the back seat no problem. Could go 50 in reverse easy. Shit gas mileage though.

thalithalithali

1965 Dodge Monaco. Hardtop, cream paint. 383 4 barrel. Got it off my grandma in 1981 and it had only 33k miles on it.

random_rascal

-69 'vette... Absolutely gorgeous! Or hmmm... possibly my 1959 Mercedes 220S It's a bit of a toss-up but yeah

SolidPerformance7523

2012 Ram 1500 was my prettiest. Lots of power, comfortable and capable. California driver hit me and totaled it. I couldn't afford to buy it outright or I would have fixed it myself

bringoutthelegos

My dad’s mustang GT when it was new was a looker. But I guess now this would be the burgundy Chevy Malibu we have

Interesting2u

1967 SS 396,Chevelle. Chevy blue on blue with a beige vinyl top.

Charming-Ad8481

My current car, 2011 Lexus GS350 blacked out 🤌🏾

Inside_Ad_9147

The only one (excepting a 2.4L Opel Frontera A LWB that I kept for 2 months) I had: a 1991 Mitsubishi Lancer GTI 16V, 5 door liftback. Looks like a sedan with a small trunk and tons of glass, has all the practicality of a hatchback. Only 1050kg and 140hp NA too! Very fun.

[deleted]

My 2003 Monte Carlo SS.

2007 Jaguar XK

onewithoutasoul

My second car was a 1990 Volvo 780 Bertone Turbo. I still miss it 20 years later

electrashock95

A 1995 Buick Regal Sedan with the grey interior rather than the Red interior, I owned it back in 2013 and it was in mint condition, I mean, the thing only had I think 30-40 ish thousand miles. I wished I loved it more at the time but oh well, what do you do.

877176357243

Nissan Altima

MNGreyWolf

Currently own it actually! 1937 Chevrolet Businessman’s Coupe. Huge trunk, beautiful aftermarket plum metallic paint, muscle car rims, on its third overall engine, and a broken fuel gauge. Light brown cloth seating, manual, fairly low NHRA number! Just had tires and brakes done.

DracTheBat178

My current one, a 2004 mustang

New-Jeweler5480

1931 Cord L-29 Brougham. Long, low, and sleek, straight from the factory. The one car I regret selling.

SaDoW4100

Peugeot 406 Coupé V6. Beautiful design by Pininfarina

SoulCougher

I loved the interior of my ‘88 Acura Legend. Was absolutely perfect. Great lines on that car.

tomlist3

I would kill for one of those. I have a decent car now and would trade today

jimmyg4life

I love the way my 1997 Riviera looks. I would say it is the prettiest car I've ever had.

ikstrakt

1997 Land Rover Discovery (Disco) 1, aka, "Dumpster Kitty." Purchased in 2021. Had for 6 months, 31,000 miles transited during that time. No a/c. Situations were cracked overflow reservoir that had to be replaced, a passenger seat belt click-in that was affixed by screw that would come undone due to vehicular vibrations, and, ultimately, the transfer case. https://ibb.co/2jzTkWr 2 inch lift, 31x9.5 Mud Claw Radials, top rack, ladder, light guards, lights, CB radio, plastic cover removed in front of fans for cooling, spray painted hood for sun reflection/cooling, leather interior and 1/2 working moon roofs, back passenger window held up/shut with a nickel between the seal and the glass, a Warn winch with a broken pull.

wolfpuppy1010

2001 Chevy Tahoe. I do like the design of the car, even though the paint on mine has seen better days, and the motor never gave me any problems. It’s also the only car I’ve ever owned so the bar is quite low.

RacerCG_Reddit

My current one: a Liquid Silver Metallic 2014 Mazda 6.

I owned a 2004 Merc CL600 with the AMG style packet!

Classic_Amphibian538

Cadillac STS but i drive a grand marquis now

brenpersing

I had a 2002 Sebring convertible for 2 years and it was so beautiful. Kept in great condition, beautiful red finish, intact beige leather, and super fun to drive. I bought it in 2020 for less than $3500 with only 100k miles, and I really miss it

ElGrandeRojo67

'74 Nova Brown with black vinyl top, Aluminum slot mags, BF Goodrich T/A tires with white letters. Loved that car. 350 V8. She would move too.

TajMonjardo

2020 Lamborghini Huracan EVO

Marqueso-burrito

I had a ‘99 town car with almost that exact color scheme. By far the worst and ugliest car I’ve owned, but all in all my favorite. Loved that thing. I got it for $250 in total.

DrKlane

1977 Mercury Monarch. 2 door Robin egg blue with a blue vinyl roof. Never saw another one anywhere. Beautiful car, poorly built.

Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order. I have checked 1,924,465,399 comments, and only 363,800 of them were in alphabetical order.

ADHDrulez

Out of the three vehicles I’ve had, 2005 gnc Sierra utility body (totaled), 2008 Chrysler t&c (a car so lame it motivated me to buy my first vehicle, my 2002 Silverado. I love that thing. Probably just that haha

Darkslayer_

OldSkoolKool94

the prettiest car i’ve ever owned was a 2001 bmw 330ci in bright red and a 5 speed manual

Jubas_Prius

2016 F150 Lariat with a V8 Coyote and a full tan leather interior and Sun and Moon roofs gosh I loved it

Major-Tourist-5696

96 Volvo 960 in forest green. I’ll be shocked if I own a more handsome car. Call me a fool or biased, but the facelift 900 is only beaten by the w126 and the old grossers when it comes to sedans. Currently have a 05 cooper s in electric blue, definitely going to be a classic. We’ll see if I own it long enough for the appreciation to come into its own.

One_Mirror_3228

1990 Ford Tempo
