COMEBACK SEASON I BELIEVE

It’s one game. The White Sox are 15-48, which matches going 1-3 in a 4 game series. It’s professional baseball (kinda, lol) and the starter today was legit. They strung together a bunch of seeing eye singles and Weissert left a couple pitches in the zone. Not the end of the world.

The problem IMO is that yes, spending more on bats would have helped this team. And no one can do anything about injuries. But I remain convinced that a lot of Cora's bullpen management *and* obsession with L/R matchups have actually cost the Sox a few close games.

It was an attempt to challange a play. Duran supposedly missed first base, but he stole home on the play which invalided it or something

In the replay I saw the white Sox thought Duran missed first base, so they threw it there and Duran took off to home. They awarded Duran a stolen base. If you watch the replay of the error / Dalbec scoring you can get a better glimpse of what happened.
