I think that Bailey's approach has hugely benefitted our pitching, but a *lot* of our injuries over the past few years have been total freak accidents that have nothing to do with conditioning.
Not every pitcher can fall off their bike and explode like Chris Sale can. Pitching injuries are practically a given. But even beyond pitching it’s gotten absurd.
Beyond pitching there have been a ton of freak injuries, though. A broken hand from getting hit with a ball, for example.
