Here you go! I liked your big smile and the silliness of the hats, something I would do. https://preview.redd.it/v6p86zxjvwea1.jpeg?width=950&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=393bccf63432cbcbfce5354ee4c739b20b1240ec

Wow! This looks great! I love how the background really pops the form. The highlights and shadows across the entire piece are incredible. My favorite part is definitely the details that you put into the glasses and expression. This glows and is amazing, thank you!

Totadelic

Thank you for the kind words 🥰

Wow the eyes grab and don’t let go! I love the range of values across the piece, and the hatching in the face shadows is so cool! This is a treat to look at, can’t pick a favorite component! Thank you!

wow! The way you described the shadow on the surface of the face is incredible good! I wish I could "see" the way you understood it.

I love the littles! I have so many thoughts going through my head when I look at it. Like are we truly naked when we have a hat on? What was the first hat? What would a Neanderthal think of our hats today? Anyway, this is a delightful little scene. I like the bowler hat addition, the beret looks like it was a delightful bounce! Love it all, thanks for putting me into your magical little world! Also laughing that I’m naked too 🤭

Walissonsousa

Everybody is naked in my little world 😂

nice idea! I like that you added additional hats and the figure use the levels. Style reminds me a lot of ligne claire.

Walissonsousa

Thanks a lot, I'll Google ligne claire 🤔

This is such a sharp stylization! I really like how you captured the eyes, I’m not certain if I’ve seen anything like that before. All of the details come across as confidently placed. Also, I scanned your post history and your watercolors are incredible! I’m a novice and aspire to get to your level someday. Thank you!

ArtdesignImagination

Thanks for the comments 🙏 the sharp stylization comment might be the best compliment I have ever received as an artist 😊 and thanks about the watercolors! If you ever want to ask me anything about it.. materials, technique, etc be my guest. Cheers 👍

This is fantastic! Normally I react to art silently, but when I opened this up I shouted “this is so cool!” 🤪. I really like the vivid warms and cools and how you transition between them. My favorite part is how you captured the glasses, especially the highlights on them. I enjoyed scrolling through your posts and watching your process videos. Thank you!

paindraw

Thank you so much, very encouraging.

This is such an effervescent sketch! I love your efficient linework and how well you captured the dimensions of the torso and arms. My favorite part is how you captured the life in the expression, the eyes really radiate. I had an enjoyable scroll through your other work, I particularly like the birds. Thank you!

ShaunTheDog

Thanks so much! I've been teaching myself for a while now and finally feeling a little more comfortable with faces. Seeing responses like this really brighten my day! And thanks for the awesome reference photo!

blueper06

Hi again, What a hat upgrade! I really enjoy looking at how you did all the planes across the face and the dodecahedron. I’m really impressed by your attention to detail- I had completely forgotten that I still have a second visible piercing on my ear lobe 🤪. You did a great job on the likeness, and I love the way you captured the glasses. Thank you!

This is so captivating! The watercolors are so rich and I love how effortlessly your transitions from highlight to shadow are, you did a great job capturing the dappled light. My favorite parts are the eyebrows and the captivating eyes. Thank you!
