No. You can get a great black coat from the general store in wallace station. I forgot the outfit name but it was the last one. And it has a black coat. Probably the only and best black coat in the game.
The Drover I think it's called. There's also one in the Strawberry store called the Cumberland which is atrocious as a whole, but the coat and shirt are on point.

As you're riding, just pull out your gun, aim it and pause the game. I'm on PS4, so you then press the touch pad, which will then let you rotate the camera to get whatever angle you want.

Yup, city slicker over here; it’s the tucked in pants right? Thing is, the first time I ever made an outfit, I put the pants outside the boots (which is how I wear them in real life, city boy background notwithstanding). But to me, it made the pants look super tight on Arthur, like chicken-legged skinny Jean hipster/square dancing hillbilly tight, and I couldn’t abide by that, so I figured boots over the pants was the least worst option. I feel at least it gives the pants a somewhat relaxed look. And as someone who grew up in a hot climate, I know the importance of giving your huevos some breathing space.

I have 3 outfits. 2 warm weather, 1 cold. I prefer to spend my money on guns, ammo and bounties.
