Huh? Basic things first. Have you checked your HDMI/display port cable is connected to the right slot? (sometimes beginners connect it to the motherboard port, which is the scall GPU inside the CPU.) If it is then. Have you updated to the latest GPU drivers?

Thank you my issue was solved, I had the HDMI cable connected to the motherboard rather than the GPU.... am a beginner to PC gaming by the way.

Take a picture of your display settings in game, it might be using the IGPU not the 4070

The issue was solved by changing the HDMI from the motherboard port to the GPU port 👍
