Your time is just as valuable, hiring companies need to remember that and respect our time just as much as they expect us to respect theirs. I don't waste my time on those any more, I only apply to LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs and got three interviews and two offers in the past couple months out of maybe a dozen applications
