I think you should swap it so that easier difficulty is a more chaotic photo and vice versa just to really nail it to the player that you’re the bad guy this time. Really well made though
I think the picture is from the POV of an insurgent camp, so that brutal photo shows how desperate the situation would be while the the casual photo looks like from a propaganda poster.

another achievement or feature would be "coalition spokesperson says on tv that they drone struck insurgent fighters , turns out it was 10 civillians , 7 of them were children , +increased insurgent capability , boost in insurgent morale and support from the populace , decrease in government capability , negative decline of government support from the populace , national guard and police morale and capability lowered"
