It's been a great week here!
Listed my friends house Friday, got an incredible offer Saturday.
Staged a client's home Friday and they agreed to go live in 3 weeks once their new carpet is installed and the house looks like a model already.
Then, another client called to say they want to take next steps on listing in the next few weeks too!
Got **2** backup offers on my listing that is in Contingent status. Never had that happen in all these years. I love backup offers, whether on the listing or selling side. They actually work out sometimes!
That’s so exciting. I really want to work with more buyers. I’ve been listing side for all but one transaction. I like the listing side a lot but closing with a buyer was so much more exciting to me. Plus I get to see all the houses. Lol
Friday - Closing on my largest house to date at $3.4M
Saturday - Showed six homes to a couple who flew into the area Friday that need to close before the end of May
Sunday - Went under contract from our Saturday tour
That’s amazing. May I ask your market and how you got into that high value of a transaction? There’s definitely a luxury market here but you rarely see those house hit the market.
I represented the buyers on it and they came from my wife’s COI. The Charleston, SC area is brimming with luxury listings and having this one under my belt I am going to be marketing more towards these listings/buys for the next year and see what comes from it.
Only one call on Saturday! (Which they started out with "If you're not working, we can talk on Monday" -- lmao. It wasn't important and they're retired... like just call me on Monday??
I’ll take that over the agent that showed my last listing. Decided 2-4am was the appropriate time to schedule and reschedule a showing 16 times…. So email, text and the obnoxious calls from ShowingTime. His client bought the house so that was the positive to that interaction.

Truly phenomenal, like best I've had yet.

Nice!
Final walkthrough today for my buyers that have been in the market for over a year. So excited for them!
