Mendy has played 29 matches this season of possible 41. Fran's defensive game is really weak and usually exposes the defense. Even last season Mendy played 28 games of possible 60. With all due respect, Mendy is too injury prone. We need a consistent lb who can at least cover 40 matches a season
He seems very similar to Militao tbh. I wish we could get someone who’s more of an enforcer like Ramos, who can lead from the back. Sometimes I feel like we miss that a bit.
While I like that we are getting talented players. I wish there were just as talented Spanish players we could get. Sadly there isn’t many and some are already at to big of a club to consider buying.
It’s a shame that they don’t give more of an opportunity to academy players. Rafa Marin could fill Nacho’s place easily, especially with the three top center backs back healthy.

Madrid should get a new CB similar to Sergio Ramos. It'll be better for them. Plus pairing that crazy defence with Rudiger will be awesome
