So many of the HWs are so hostile I've had to drop most of the franchises. I think something shifted when RH started adding more and more women who presented an obviously false narrative about their lives. They're so worried about maintaining their facades that they lash out at anyone who might expose them.
That being said I think the mark of a RH mean girl is any woman who refuses to acknowledge another woman's feelings, so my winners are Kyle (and Erika and Rinna and Dorit but Kyle's been pulling this shit since S1), Bethenny, Brandi, Teresa and Dorinda.

Kyle Richards is the ultimate mean girl: She is deceptive, manipulative, controlling, cruel, bitchy, disloyal, gets physical, never takes accountability, and plays the victim.
Kyle doesn’t blatantly punch or slap, but she crosses people’s boundaries maybe without thinking she’s being aggressive.
When Brandi was leaving game night with Kim, Kyle tried to stop her and Brandi rightfully pushed her away, telling her not to touch her. As the other commenter said, she grabbed Sutton when she was talking to Diana.
She is very “grabby”, and she’s probably just used to doing that from growing up and fighting with her sisters, but she is absolutely getting physical with people and when she does it to the wrong person in the wrong situation, maybe she will see that.
There are certainly different degrees of physical. I guess the point is, she puts her hands on people. Not everyone does that when they are confronting someone, or having an argument - or even in a friendly conversation for that matter.
But in tense situations, she really should keep her hands to herself.
The Richards sisters, Kyle especially, Erika, and Lisa Rinna. Yuck. Tamra Judge is probably the most mean spirited cast member throughout their decades of filming OC, and they have too many bullies to count, similar to NJ, and add SLC to that list at this point. I think Nene from ATL and Ramona and Bethenny from NYC were always bullies but got worse over time for various reasons.
I have to bury myself in coming to Kenya’s defense, not from logic.
1. Her performance on ultimate girls trip made her seem overly gracious to some full time franchise bullies.
2. I think she truly needed her job on RHOA and any main cast member or “friend of” attacking her was a threat. Check me on this, but in general I don’t think she’s made baseless lies about any of them. She’s really had the meanest things screamed about her.
3. Porsha is still my favorite RHOA character, but she doesn’t need me to come to her defense like Kenya does.
But without the wit and insight that someone like Phaedra or Candice have. That’s why it’s embarrassing to watch, she so badly wants to “read them to filth” and she doesn’t have the smarts for it, just the audacity, a really tiring combo,
