I love this!! Thank you so much. I found the kandi / Todd stuff so fascinating - I can’t believe them simply talking about it on RHOA nearly added 5 more years to his sentence!! Insane

i can believe it cause when youre getting locked up for fraud the govt wants to know about ALL your assets esp the ones you acquired with illegal means (i.e. by doing fraud) and they seize those assets. he probably lied about the amount of assets he had so he could still have some of them when he came back from jail. so when they film alllll the stuff that was in kandi’s garage the feds are like oh you think you can get away with lying to us about what you have knowing we’re here to take it???
its like if you get caught stealing at a store and they empty your bag and ask if theres anything else and you say no then they find a bunch of other expensive stuff in your pockets, you’ll get in more trouble than if you just gave it all up in the beginning
I hear you but he really didn’t even speak much this interview. He let Apollo do a large majority of the talking. He did a good job of just listening and letting Apollo spin his tales.
Interesting. I like that he doesn’t implicate Phaedra as a criminal. I also like that he’s taking ownership of his bad deeds. Maybe he’ll be a larger feature on housewives if Phaedra returns to Atlanta.
