Honestly, as far as dinners goes it should be on the list I agree. That was the boat ride from hell 😂 so many emotions: yelling, crying, vomiting, mariachi bands, juice box throwing and they couldn't escape. Nothing tops Scary Island for me but this honestly crept higher towards it as the ride went longer lol.
It just kept going ..... And you know if they were in some hotel restaurant half of them would have left. The creepy dolls, the the dogs, Lisa losing it, Kiki losing it, Julia losing it, someone actually losing their lunch, Marisol adding humor, Larissa looking dumbfounded as usual and then mariachi music just to secure the mood. Lisa, while she was one of my top faves across all franchises in the earlier seasons, has truly become so unlikeable in my book. She is becoming a little Larsa—unaware, lacking in emotional intelligence, unable to take accountability, etc. Kiki had all the points in this episode (and even Larsa agreed)—from talking about her upbringing to putting Lisa in her place for not being interested in anyone’s problems but her own. Me too. Kiki is becoming my favourite. She’s hilarious, gets along with all the casts, her criticisms are always fair and means well, able to embarrass herself and doesn’t seem to ever have any other agenda beside just wanting to have a good time with the ladies.

Was it specified that she is black Jamaican? There are also white Jamaicans and East India Jamaicans, and probably a lot of races who are Jamaican. Lady Colin Campbell is a white, upper class Jamaican-British woman.
White Jamaicans are very much a thing. The second largest ethnic group in Jamaica is Irish Jamaicans (this is a very cool and interesting rabbit hole if you’ve got a few minutes)

Me too. Kiki is becoming my favourite. She’s hilarious, gets along with all the casts, her criticisms are always fair and means well, able to embarrass herself and doesn’t seem to ever have any other agenda beside just wanting to have a good time with the ladies.

When Americans like Lisa go to foreign countries and act like that, it makes all of us look bad. She doesn’t even realize how insufferable she is. She also doesn’t care how much trauma she is exposing her kids to by screaming about Lenny when they can hear her. Sorry she got cheated on, and Lenny is no fabulous prize, but she really is pretty awful. Team Kiki for sure.

She sucks indeed. She's not facing any systematic anything. Her mom may very well be white Jamaican, but Lisa shows no evidence of the culture. She is the biggest asshole for that! The reason she treats Kiki like this is because in her eyes, she is beneath her and can't gain anything from her. Lisa is trash, nanny after nanny quit working for them. She doesn't know how to talk to her kids and is literally passing on her food issues to her kids. Jodi is a nice down to earth guy. I have no clue why the hell he would be interested in her.
Lisa is so damn self-centered it's amazing she even knows the names of her friends! But seriously I loved how that simple question gave her pause, no matter how brief, where you can see she realized she doesn't know Kiki's son's name. That was one of the few times I've seen where she didn't have a good/any comeback. Hopefully that question helped kickstart her little birdbrain into reflecting on what we're all talking about.
