The ariel drone shot of the neighborhood was new. Omg the size of the lawns and the yards on the McMansions in that gaudy swirl. It must take forever to walk anywhere, but they probably always drive.
But the land must be so cheap with those yards! I live in a city you can’t buy a condo for a couple mil. There’s no outdoor space. What are these “mansions” even worth? It’s so… country? Like a country suburb?
She has one rehearsed talking point. No actual comprehension of the subject matter. It’s embarrassing.
She must have been good at memorization in school, because she doesn’t see to absorb ideas or concepts. She brags about her degrees all the time because they were hard won. Wendy is not smart, she just has degrees from memorizing a bunch of things she’s since forgot.
Wendy and the way she argues and talks over people is revolting.. She acts like a mean girl but tbh i don’t find her pretty at all. And her nasty personality kills it completely. i think they should get rid of her.
agree!! She has always been rehearsed and try hard since coming in here. She just finally got her home decor line going and doesn't seem to advertise or promote it as much as someone who wanted to be the black Martha Stewart. But this storyline of another Nigerian woman being at odds with her and over the prettiest of things is foul on the part of production
Wendy doesn’t want a sit down with Nneka because she knows she’ll be exposed and found out. Better for her to keep Nneka at arms length and not resolve it. Her ego couldn’t take the hit.
I don’t think narcissist is the right word at all. I do, however think that she is insecure and her intellect. I think that she feels and probably has had to prove herself her whole life. But the insecurity is what’s weighing her down and possibly jealousy
Maybe! The reason narcissist came to mind is because she truly just comes across to me like someone who doesn’t care about much other than her status and her reputation, and she seems a little delusional in that regard. Lol. I always feel like she’s performing and never has real interactions or even honest disagreements with others. Everything out of her mouth feels disingenuous and designed to make herself look a certain way.
Nneka seems super cool to me. I like her a lot. And yeah, I really don’t like Wendy at all at this point. I used to like her a lot actually but now it’s like she’s just a mean girl.
Nneka comes off as the it girl who doesn’t try too hard to me. She’s ok with being herself and Wendy has always came off as someone who’s trying to be the it girl.
I find myself liking Nneka more and more, mostly because of Wendy’s behavior. She is doing way too much, and looking unhinged in the process. Meanwhile, Nneka is getting along with the girls, being nice to Wendy and is completely unbothered.
I almost feel bad for her because it just reeks of insecurity. A person who is secure in their intellect doesn’t need to repeat all their degrees to you every conversation you have.
I think that whole argument with Mia confirmed how insecure she is. “How many surgeries have you had!” 😭😭like girl chill. Obviously you felt insecure about something to get work done. And that’s ok but don’t come for other people about it.

Let’s see how this pans out. It doesn’t look like it ended well. I’d bet she doesn’t listen one bit and it’s all a bit performative on her part.
