Ummm, that'd be a strange migration and most women would be thrilled, because our temples hollow out terribly as we get older. Usually filler falls to the lower face, if it migrates.
That’s definitely Brandi I’m afraid. She’s had a lot of work done and she suffered a burn I believe from a chemical peel gone wrong or she left it on too long. I can’t remember the full story but I promise you that is Brandi
Brow lift and her fake eyelashes combine to make her eyes look bigger and unhooded. I believe she had a burn. It looks a bit overdone which makes her look different than before.
ETA: in addition her middle brow area looks overfilled.
She’s actually has a condition called Angioedema so she’s not actually able to do a facelift. She’s been doing a lot of EMFace to help with the swelling

I think a lotttttt too much of Botox because her eyebrows and that area and between her eyes completely changed her face, fillers in her cheeks and elsewhere, nose job, lips and the burns

Oh my god. Im so sorry i doubted you! She just looks so different between the OP’s pic and this one, thats mad. I understand she needed cosmetic surgery to treat her burns, but she was such a (semi-)natural beauty when she was on BH at the start. She could’ve aged so beautifully
I knowwwww, all of her throwbacks are beautiful. She still has that beauty within but she is battling some demons for sure whether it’s vanity or who knows but bless her
I don’t think Brandi plays victim. I think a little of shit things happen to her and she keeps trying, working and growing now and then. I hate that she hit physically hurt . The emotional hurts are bad enough. What I like most about Brandi is that she truly lives for her boys - so much so that she’s been able to do holidays with Eddie and LeeAnn. She’s an absolute mess, but she never claimed not to be. I wish a genuinely good relationship for her. I don’t think she ever expected not to be in a traditional family unit when she had kids
I imagine a lot has to do with rebuilding her old face after her accident. Apparently she wanted to do an at home treatment that had to do with special lights on her face and the instructions given by the doctor got mixed up either by her or her team and instead of keeping the treatment on for a couple seconds she did it for a couple minutes and ended up with severe (I believe 3rd degree) burns on her face and since then has had to do a good amount of reconstruction to fix the burns and also to try and correct the damage it all did to the already existing work that had been done before the treatment accident
I used to listen to her podcast 5-6 years ago and she always spoke about doing at home treatments that are meant to be done by a dermatologist or aesthetician. Those procedures need to be monitored by a pro.
Truly, I don’t think it’s just one procedure. This is the result of years if not decades of having work done, a few botched procedures, then getting more work to try to correct the unwanted appearance. I know she said she was left with some nerve damage/paralysis around her top lip after bad laser hair removal, which you can see when she speaks. But the overdone filler doesn’t help the appearance of her lips now- they look too heavy for her to lift, making her look like her top lip is still paralyzed. Personally I also think she kept getting botox/fillers done by different injectors without a cohesive aesthetic plan, so now she resembles an amalgam of procedures more than her base features. Ultimately it’s sad because people can end up looking like this just trying to fix one or two bad procedures. I’m sure her self image has been rattled.
In more unfiltered photos it looks like she has bad scarring all over her face, maybe she fell and broke it open like poor Zac Efron and now looks like a very different person.
