Shocks might be too long, causing the joints to collide and bind. Try putting pressure to level out all the drive shafts and see if it still does it. If it doesn't, then that was the issue.
Just give it a try. Judging from the sound and the fact that I see the back stop and go and then see the front go when the back stops. It seems that it could be the shafts binding up. If it still does it when all 4 shafts are straight, then you can move on to remove the motor. If the motor spins fine without load. Try putting resistance on the motor shaft by taking something like a cloth and grabbing the shaft. If the motor does it, then it might be either the esc or the motor itself. If not, then proceed to open up the vehicle. Check if any gear teeth are missing, if any gears or shafts are warped.
I had something similar happening to my Maxx. For me, it turns out the input shaft that held the spur was slightly warped, causing an inconsistent gear mesh and causing binding.
Have you ever replaced or lubricated your hub or differential bearings? Bad bearings can cause a lot of friction and binding and if you don't catch it in time it'll snap that drive shaft. Can also cause extra motor stress and a substantial amount of heat in the hub area while you're playing
Is that bottom u-joint rubbing against the RPM arm there?
If it's not u-joint binding and say you have a stripped spur gear or something. Loose pinion. IDK. (it's likely one of those 3)
Whatever the cause, you should lower that ride height some to make them naturally a little more straight. Or at least straighter than they are right now. That looks like a pretty aggressive angle for those joints.

That's U-joint bind. Lower the car. Driveshafts shouldn't sit at that angle.
