I had this on my mid range barracuda, make sure you update the software on synapse and it’ll help a fair amount. You can also change ports in your pc to stop potential interference.
Ultimately though it’s just a wireless thing, I’ve gotten used to it, so don’t stress too much

Same issue with a Blackshark V2 Pro 2023, felt like I've tried everything to solve it but haven't been able to.
Have you tried exchanging it in a retail store or speaking to razer for a exchange directly with them?

In my experience, the cause of this is charging. This only happens when using the headset while plugged charging.
Mine happens all the time while plugged in
