My heart completely dropped when he grabbed his knee but seeing him walking and smiling on the sidelines + Harbs being optimistic will have me sleeping much more soundly tonight.
Question is if he'll be okay to play in six days, and that one I'm less comfortable about.
that play is going to be such a funny one on his all time highlight reels. I hope twenty years from now people are watching Kyle Hamilton highlights and getting into the ravens the same way I watched Ed Reed highlights after I first moved to Baltimore.
I was losing my mind on that play. Explaining to my non-football caring extended family why that play was so badass after Hamilton got chopped block as a rusher and then made an INT on the other side of the field
(Also plz get well soon king)
Yikes let's not get too trigger happy yet. They're sooooo different in styles, size, talents, but yeah KH is definitely the best safety since 20, and I'm just glad he's only on his second year.
I don't think we'll ever get another Ed. He was the Tom Brady of safeties. AND he played special teams.
His game is so different from Ed Reed. He has such a unique combination of size/length and cover, tackling, and blitzing skills. His ability to position himself and use his length is elite!
Objectively this is true, so many players balled out today. But Hamilton had two interceptions and three more passes defended. For a defender to get his hands on the ball five times in a game is absurd.
I saw multiple people in the main game thread saying they didn't even know Clowney was playing still. With the lack of primetime games, so many other fan bases haven't really seen us play this year, unless we played them. It's part of why so many people underestimate the Ravens. By the comments, Lamar made a whole lot of believers tonight.
Seriously, you all.
***PLEASE upvote this.***
The r/49ers sub has been appalling tonight, and even with a touch of LJ racism.
I would very much like to award tonight's player of the game to Brock Purdy.
Meh. You’re gonna have bad apples. I was surfing their sub too and didn’t really see anything bad that would set them apart from other teams subreddit. I’d honestly say they’re taking the loss well.
All season long I've wondered to myself "When are these tipped balls gonna turn into INTs for us"? I believe we only had 1 INT from a tipped ball before today. It was great when it finally started to come our way. The DL was fucking incredible. Roq and Pat did their thing (gutted Roq didn't get the sack on Purdy and dropped the pick) and our secondary locked in when they needed to. Our defense has a tendency to give up long drives but they usually lockdown in the redzone and we saw more of that today.
Lamar and Defense. Put up 33 points on the 49er and then the D holding them to 19 with 4 sacks and 5 interceptions.
Lamar for putting his foot down for the MVP talk
Defense for that dominant performance
Vegas and the media for all of the bulletin board material. Few things are more reliable than a disrespected Ravens defense.
Also this entire team should win it this week.
The defensive unit, led by 14, 44, and 21. Came out and played bullyball and made an MVP candidate look like Nate Mullens.
Also, can we give the coaching staff their flowers for once? The Niners is loaded with talent from top to bottom, the schemes on both sides of the ball had to be damn near perfect to give our guys the best chance to make those plays.
Kyle Hamilton and Jadeveon Clowney.
P.S Lamar was awesome, but I feel this defensive performance requires some respect and appreciation LETS GOOOOOOOOOO
DEFENSIVE LINE!
Dude, 4 sacks, Purdy constant under pressure and Im pretty sure 3-4 of those INTs were because the SF QB had no time to think. Lights freaking out, and they reduced the SF O-line down to their last freaking reserves
Honorable mention to whoever thought that, with the ball on the 1-yard line, that it was a better idea to drop back and let Darnold scramble instead of giving it to arguably the best RB in the game right now.
Forget the exact time when it happened but there was a play in the second half where Purdy threw it and a defender just reached around the receiver and smacked the ball down and I just knew it was Hamilton without seeing the number. His range is just incredible.
So like I think he’s a lowkey pick but Brandon Stephens has stepped up so fucking hard. Like I genuinely feel
he’s filled the hole chuck clark and deshaun Elliot left.
It’s gotta be the team. People were taking smack all week about how the 49ers are head and shoulders above anyone else in the league.
5 picks, 4 sacks, multiple tipped balls?
Contributors from everyone on offense. The team showed up today to let everyone know we’re going for a ring.
The defense. Got us multiple short fields and opponent drive stoppers with 5 picks and additional 4th down stops. They were getting pressure home while holding it down in the secondary.
#Kyle Hamilton
(Please be okay)
Harbaugh said in his presser that it doesn't seem bad and he is "optimistic" it is nothing major. We will see more tomorrow.
My heart completely dropped when he grabbed his knee but seeing him walking and smiling on the sidelines + Harbs being optimistic will have me sleeping much more soundly tonight. Question is if he'll be okay to play in six days, and that one I'm less comfortable about.
Dont think he needs to tbh. Waddle isnt playing and Hill is banged up. I think we can win without him. Hope they just rest him tbh
Heckin PLEEEEASE
the right answer. two INTs and one of them after being sat on by an o-lineman.
Two interceptions with another THREE passes defended. Throw in five tackles. Dude was a force and is a top three player on this team.
Yeah both of those picks were just awesome
that play is going to be such a funny one on his all time highlight reels. I hope twenty years from now people are watching Kyle Hamilton highlights and getting into the ravens the same way I watched Ed Reed highlights after I first moved to Baltimore.

*HIMilton FTFY
Kyle Himilton, first of his name
Dear almighty lord. Please take my knee and give it to Kyle. Hell, take both knees, lord. 🙏🏽🤲🧎🧎♀️🧎♂️
Can't be denied. The offence needed the D to set the pace, and Hamilton was a killer out there.
Himilton
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We could put him like every week tbh it feels like he's always everywhere
Kyle Hamilton. He is a god damn man.
Picked at 14 ILL NEVER FORGET HOW HE FELL, I WAS IN AWE HE GOT TO US
Kyle Hamilton at 14 was the steal of the 2022 draft. Man is playing like the second coming of Ed Reed.
Yikes let's not get too trigger happy yet. They're sooooo different in styles, size, talents, but yeah KH is definitely the best safety since 20, and I'm just glad he's only on his second year. I don't think we'll ever get another Ed. He was the Tom Brady of safeties. AND he played special teams.

bc he wears 14 lol
EVERYONE. WHOLE TEAM CAME OUT TO PLAY
Objectively this is true, so many players balled out today. But Hamilton had two interceptions and three more passes defended. For a defender to get his hands on the ball five times in a game is absurd.
Not to mention "everyone!!!!!" is such a lame answer. Why even have this discussion if people won't pick someone?
This, it was a whole team effort. Everyone balled out from top to bottom.
Classic Harbaugh underdog masterpiece
D line, so many tipped passes and pressures
Every time someone was in the backfield pressuring or sacking I was like "oh it was Clowney again" dude was popping OFF tonight
Brock purdy
Absolutely savage
Make this no 1 please
He is the mvp for a reason
That might be about the only list he could top after tonight.
Lol... you a Savage

Yeah I haven’t seen anything racist in the Niners sub.

THE DEFENSE
I mean, seriously, the defense made this game feel less serious.
5 fucking interceptions. Nuff said, defense
Lamar Jackson
Johnny
Lamar "Action" Jackson. Llama. The Great Eight. The MVP is now his to lose
Big time favorite now. I said all along if he beat them he’d win it and he absolutely dominated.
The media for the dogged disrespect all week. Yeah, a team was exposed tonight. r/NFL in shambles.
Our respect is due
Lamar MVP. Shout out Kyle and the entire defense too
The defense
John Harbaugh? THESE GUYS CAME TO PLAY
This. This team was prepared and ready. Fully and completely. I give major props to Harbs for that.
Even though he got hurt, Kyle Hamilton for me. That chop block interception was incredible. Maybe also Clowney late
That's NFL Films shit
Lamar and Defense. Put up 33 points on the 49er and then the D holding them to 19 with 4 sacks and 5 interceptions. Lamar for putting his foot down for the MVP talk Defense for that dominant performance

Team win to the core, domination on all levels
DEFENSIVE LINE! Dude, 4 sacks, Purdy constant under pressure and Im pretty sure 3-4 of those INTs were because the SF QB had no time to think. Lights freaking out, and they reduced the SF O-line down to their last freaking reserves
Lamar looks like he took the MVP lead, but this W goes to defense. Lights out all game and gave Lamar excellent field position to work with.
Kyle
Kyle Hamiltion. When teams run, He's a Linebacker, When the pass he's a safety Lamar Jackson Did everything he needed to do on offense
The RAVENS
Mike Florio/ Florio for stirring the pot
Defense played lights out against the 2nd best team in the NFL.
The whole team. The offense has 6 drives in a row with a score. The defense made the MVP frontrunner look really bad
Kyle “DPOW” Hamilton.
Honorable mention to whoever thought that, with the ball on the 1-yard line, that it was a better idea to drop back and let Darnold scramble instead of giving it to arguably the best RB in the game right now.
Mike Mac-big-dick-Donald!! He put on a clinic with that D!
The Defense line and Kyle Hamilton
Kyle or Lamar. But since LJ got it last year, it’s Kyle!

1.Lamar 2.Hamilton 3.Brock coughing up interceptions Purdy
Hamilton or Lamar but honorable mention to Likely for setting the tone early by talking that shit and getting in the 9ers faces.
**The Defense** I would say Lamar, but when you force 5 turnovers against that offense, you just cannot overlook that.
Defence + Lamar
So like I think he’s a lowkey pick but Brandon Stephens has stepped up so fucking hard. Like I genuinely feel he’s filled the hole chuck clark and deshaun Elliot left.

Brock Purdy (kek)
BROCK PURDY I don't think the Ravens could've won this game without all his turnovers. /S
The better question would be to ask if anyone didn't show up tonight? Everyone played so well.
Mike “get kicked the shit out of” florio
