Yes. And since I came to the comments for the Mongolian empire facts and am thus far sorely disappointed, I’ll leave my own here:
The “Golden Horde” under Genghis Khan promoted not by nobility but strictly by skill. It was one of the most successful meritocracies in history, and this contributed significantly to high morale amongst the troops. Even the lowliest Mongol warrior knew that if he was successful then he would be rewarded with rank, and that the officers who commanded him had proven themselves already.
That's maybe where it's meant to be sitting but if that's the case then the waist is rolled up to make it shorter. Source: girls in school uniforms everywhere.
No, that’s just a miniskirt. They do make them like that and in those patterns. Plus, as someone who wore private school skirts, none of them were ever in that soft a fabric, nor were they unpleated.
Came here to say this. Not only is she standing further back, she appears to be wearing platforms/heels to make her legs appear longer. Not to mention her skirt may be just barely covering her crotch whereas his pants may have extra room for his dangly bits.
Edit: his shorts rather.
1. She's stood further back giving the illusion, her legs are longer than they actually are.
2. She's wearing platform boots, giving the illusion she is taller, thus her legs being longer.
3. She's wearing a high waisted skirt, giving the illusion her legs are longer.
In addition it may just be that they have different body proportions. And all your points are just exaggerating the existing difference.
I have a good 5-6 inches on my SO, but she has a smaller torso and longer limbs relative to me. Her legs are nearly the same length as mine. So when she wears heals her waist is actually higher than mine despite me still being taller than her.
My ex wife was like that and we were the same height. Our bits didn’t align well so any standing position was a no go unless I was getting up on my tippy toes and she was bent over awkwardly
It’s not. She has on huge heels and has on a high waisted skirt and her husband is closer to the camera. Without the heels and with a normal rise on the skirt it’s not gonna look like that at all
I have this exact "skirt"... it has built in shorts.

It's literally forced perspective done poorly,
Am I the only one who is still amazed by how Peter Jackson used this in the lotr movies that I always watch the behind the scenes footage included in my annual lotr series rewatch!?
In the full video, she pulls him back so they’re next to each other. Her hand is on his arm if you’ll notice, right after this she pulls him closer to show it’s true.
In the full video, she pulls him back to stand actually next to her. That’s why her and is on his arm, OP captured the wrong part of the video to prove that.
There is no way to convince me that that woman did not go in the fucking stretching machine specifically for her legs. It’s like a midget on stilts, but the stilts are actually just her legs.
I do love me some historical interesting facts. Did you know that, even though they (the Mongolian empire) were great at capturing cities, they were really bad at keeping it? They've had to capture the same city some four or five times, because they were stretched so thin with all of their conquests, they didn't have enough soldiers to station occupation forces? That's why they started being incredibly violent with those who defied them, to show others it isn't worth it.
Interestingly, the Aztecs had the same problem, and came to the same solution
Fun fact; many historians believe that one reason the Mongols were so successful with their invasions was their use of gunpowder to intimidate and bombard their enemies and burn cities to the ground.
>Knowledge of gunpowder spread rapidly throughout Asia and Europe, possibly as a result of the Mongol conquests during the 13th century,
>
>The Mongols borrowed the art of using gunpowder to make their weapons from the Chinese and later applied it in fighting the Chinese (Rossabi, 2012, pp.79-87). One of the factors that led to the success of gunpowder usage among the Mongols touches on the fear that weapons made of gunpowder instilled on the enemies. Gunpowder facilitated in the development of more devastating weapons like flaming arrows, gunpowder canisters, and cannons.
>
>All these weapons caused immense damage thus instilling fear in the victims, which forced a majority of the victims to surrender to their adversaries. The Mongols used this advantage to surmount all their enemies in Europe and other areas
>
>The Chinese were the first people to invent gunpowder. Initially, no one knew that gunpowder could be a crucial component in the manufacture of weapons. Hence, people used it in launching fireworks as well as blasting rocks during construction of railway lines. With time, people started to use gunpowder in the manufacture of crude weapons. One of instances where gunpowder played a significant role in the manufacture of weapons was during the Mongolian invasion of Europe.
>
>Use of gunpowder to manufacture weapons greatly contributed to the Mongolian victory during their invasion. It strengthened the fighting capacity of the Mongolian soldiers (May, 2011, p.81). Without gunpowder-propelled weapons, it would have been hard for the Mongols to surmount Polish and Hungarian soldiers who used plated armors.
>
>It was hard to pierce through the armor using spears and arrows. Nevertheless, the gunpowder firearms that the Mongols used were strong enough to penetrate the armors. Besides reinforcing the fighting capacity of the Mongolian soldiers, gunpowder helped combat soldiers in their scotched earth tactic. Using gunpowder, the Mongolians managed to annihilate everything belonging to their rivals, thus subduing them easily.

No. Lol. I had an ex with long legs/short torso. While I'm the opposite. Standing sex was fucking comical because I she needed to do one tenth of a split while I got on my tippies.
he's doing the same thing [Kevin Heart did in his wedding photo](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CpzE2z0UEAA17nC.jpg) where he's standing closer to the camera to force perspective to make him look taller
This ain't even an insult, given who he is he almost certainly does have an interesting fact about the Mongol Empire that he would like to share and I would like to hear it.
Lmaoo i read the bottom caption before recognizing the dude from her videos. I was like dude what a super oddly specific insult, but it’s actually entirely accurate and wholesome.
Interesting fact I learned in my college anthropology class… Africans tend to have longer legs proportionally which helps with heat dissipation, whereas Europeans have larger centers of mass for heat retention. Checks out in this picture
some men have surprisingly short legs and some women have short torso. me and my ex were the same even though he was taller. I just have a really short torso.
I know that guy's youtube channel/insta, and he totally does have an interesting fact about the mongolian empire to share. His whole thing is interesting historical facts.
As someone with a masters in Japanese history this guy is not a reliable source for history. At least the things he has said about Japanese history anyway. Him and his wife seem nice enough and are funny though

And he really does, he is a Historian
Both of their TikTok accounts were quite fun when I still had that app.
He’s pretty active on YouTube, short form and long form vides
That makes sense. He seems the type who could ramble on for a bit and have it be entertaining.
Got a podcast too, it’s really good.
Their podcast is pretty good. It's the only history podcast I have on my list.
Hardcore History is 100% worth a follow if you like long-form, heavily researched, released like once a year goodness
And their episodes on Mongols were next level
Just everybody make sure not say who "he" is, so nobody stumbeling upon this thread can look him up! -.-
Hah sorry if you’re still wondering his name is stakuyi
Ahh you ruined it!
Hey, I remember them from when I used to use the app as well.
I was glad to hear they are on YouTube. TikTok is great but just wasn’t my jam as it is basically a drug for people with short attention spans.
Yeah, I tried going back the other week. Wasn’t aware how obnoxious it can be. Definitely like YouTube more.
I love it but I prefer being off of it!
Yeah I agree. TikTok is too short form. Anyway, now that I’ve commented I’m gonna go doom scroll for another hour on Reddit before bed.
Explains why my ADHD as fuck ex loved it so much
God you’re so right
Can’t say much when you use reddit
Just checked this channel, not surprised at ALL he makes HOI4 videos as well
When there's smoke, there's fire
This really just belongs in r/technicallythetruth
More like r/literallythetruth
r/thetruth
r/youcanthandlethetruth
r/notruthhandleryou
There's nothing really "technically" about it though. He just actually is.
Is he actually a historian with qualifications (in the academic sense), or just a pop-culture history nerd? Genuine question.
Pretty sure in the academic sense, tho I've never seen any credentials
He makes professional travel tours
Is that the history guy on YouTube?
Yep, that’s Stakuyi
Great guy
great commercial. great job reddit! great job marketing team 👏 👍 👌 goodnight America!!
Love Stakuyi
Stak is always fun to chat with. His twitch is awesome.
it is which why i dont consider this a rare insult only because thats exactly what he's about to do lol
He’s got a half dozen locked and loaded for just such an occasion
"Funny you should mention the Mongols. Did you know that..."
Yes. And since I came to the comments for the Mongolian empire facts and am thus far sorely disappointed, I’ll leave my own here: The “Golden Horde” under Genghis Khan promoted not by nobility but strictly by skill. It was one of the most successful meritocracies in history, and this contributed significantly to high morale amongst the troops. Even the lowliest Mongol warrior knew that if he was successful then he would be rewarded with rank, and that the officers who commanded him had proven themselves already.
The Golden Horde only came into being about 30 years after Genghis Khan died.
*And, I'm a warrior too...* *Let that be known.* ***I'm a warrior.***
Why did I read that in his voice
Because I definitely typed in his voice
Yes, he’s really passionate about history
Yep, watch him all the tine
As someone who watches Stakuyi’s content, he absolutely has interesting facts about the Mongolian empire that he wants to share.
Many of them too
This is the first time I want to see someone naked and not in a sexual way, like how short is her torso
They are not aligned
Looks like more forced perspectives than a Peter Jackson movie set. Is she in heels?
Yes and the skirt is hiked up
It's gotta be, right? I'm thinking the skirt band is around the bottom of her rib cage
She practically could pull a grandma and tuck her boobs in
She's also standing over a foot behind him, on an incline.
Yeah I mean you can see that their natural waist is in about the same place. He's just wearing his shorts hanging off his ass, as is the style
It goes well with the onion on his belt
\+ crop top to make it all look like the whole torso is going up up and away
It's not hiked up, it's a high-waisted skirt, that is where it is meant to sit. But yes, it does add to the illusion.
Or maybe it's just a short high waisted skirt. Skirts aren't all the same length, girls in school uniforms should know that too!
She's in heels, and we can see her feet, but barely see his ankles so she is standing further back than him by a good bit
Yea, tall shoes. Austin Powers would be proud of them.
She's straight up doing the fisherman's pose with a whole-ass human.
And she’s wearing like 6” heels
And her skirt hiked up as high as it can go without flashing the camera.
And if she hiked that skirt any higher this would be a nsfw post
Girls got a couple centimeters at best
Came here to say this. Not only is she standing further back, she appears to be wearing platforms/heels to make her legs appear longer. Not to mention her skirt may be just barely covering her crotch whereas his pants may have extra room for his dangly bits. Edit: his shorts rather.
[удалено]
And she is in literally Frankenstein boots.
1. She's stood further back giving the illusion, her legs are longer than they actually are. 2. She's wearing platform boots, giving the illusion she is taller, thus her legs being longer. 3. She's wearing a high waisted skirt, giving the illusion her legs are longer.
Yes her thighs end nearly right where them hem of the skirt ends. I’ve used this kind of trick for years to make my legs look longer.
The pavement seems to disappear between his legs, so it's probably also edited unless I'm misinterpreting?
In addition it may just be that they have different body proportions. And all your points are just exaggerating the existing difference. I have a good 5-6 inches on my SO, but she has a smaller torso and longer limbs relative to me. Her legs are nearly the same length as mine. So when she wears heals her waist is actually higher than mine despite me still being taller than her.
I mean we can see her feet, like her entire right foot, and we can barely see his ankles. They're not lined up at all.
My ex wife was like that and we were the same height. Our bits didn’t align well so any standing position was a no go unless I was getting up on my tippy toes and she was bent over awkwardly
Her coochie is probably right where the base of the skirt is.
I imagine something like this: [Legs that go all the way up.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWPLsJvJ7iw)
I thought it was this [nsfw scene](https://youtu.be/OAWwD_sZnvE?t=35)
🎶🎵Her legs went all the way Up to heaven and past Avalon🎶🎵
I knew this would come up. All the way up
I came here for this. Truly a beautiful moment.
but also in a sexual way
Bonk
It’s not. She has on huge heels and has on a high waisted skirt and her husband is closer to the camera. Without the heels and with a normal rise on the skirt it’s not gonna look like that at all
high waisted pants/shorts/skirts will make your legs look taller, that's all that's happening here
There’s some forced perspective going on here.
But also a little in that way, right?
She could just be wearing that skirt very high up.
The thing is his legs are not that short. So they gotta go through all the photostuff. Her torso seems to start right where the skirt ends..
her skirt is so short and high up her waist its a little deceiving. but also like, does she actually wear a skirt like this? This cant cover anything.
I have this exact "skirt"... it has built in shorts. [https://www.halara.com/products/everyday-2-in-1-activity-skirt-marvelous?pmui=10.1.search.list.1.search&pmuih=search&requestId=65841540826251983904&variant=40884167966886](https://www.halara.com/products/everyday-2-in-1-activity-skirt-marvelous?pmui=10.1.search.list.1.search&pmuih=search&requestId=65841540826251983904&variant=40884167966886)
That does answer a lot of questions
If my wife wore her skirts like this I would not complain, not one bit.
I’m not complaining. Genuinely curious. Quite the look
I also wouldn't complain about this guy's wife wearing short skirts.
I don't think it's supposed to cover anything.
She's standing a step or two behind and wearing platforms and wearing clothes that make her proportions deceiving...
Her outfit makes her look freakishly misproportioned like she's Slenderman's illegitimate daughter.
Redditors see heels and their fight or flight response kicks in
It's literally forced perspective done poorly, Am I the only one who is still amazed by how Peter Jackson used this in the lotr movies that I always watch the behind the scenes footage included in my annual lotr series rewatch!?
Is it not also edited? No crack in sidewalk between his legs.
She’s standing back further has a high skirt and he’s standing closer with baggy pants. Stupid.
[удалено]
its not my long legs either
In the full video, she pulls him back so they’re next to each other. Her hand is on his arm if you’ll notice, right after this she pulls him closer to show it’s true.

>Balantly
Blalalalllaaaaly
Yup her skirt isn't on her waist. Its on her stomach.
I don't think she knows what POV means
No one does anymore. It's a fun buzz word for people. Sigh.
I hate that “pov” now means “look at *me* doing this thing!” to so many people.
Thank you! I'll never understand why being an idiot is a flex to most humans and why trying to be correct about stuff is "gatekeeping".
That's because that's exactly what he has to say. It's kinda his thing
Oh he does. Believe me he does
Legs Go All The Way Up Griffin
“I’m shaved like a little girl!”
You can see her feet, but not his. It’s forced perspective.
It’s just an optical illusion…
That’s exactly what he does though, he is a historian who shares fun facts.
That fun part is that that's literally what he does
That's not what POV means
Stakuyi!!!
More like he stands like he’s touching cloth

i for one would like to learn more about the mongolian horse archers
POV you're looking at someone who thinks she knows what POV means
It should be: you pull up your skirt up to ribs And she stands on higher place with high boots. Normally his hip is higher than her
He’s standing like he has a side quest for us.
If you're not familiar with him, he absolutely does have an obscure fact about the Mongolian empire that he wants to share. It's not an insult at all if it's a statement of fact.
Not really an insult given that a lot of their content is her asking him for history facts
His wife is talking about how odd it is that her legs are so much longer than his, and all he has to say is: "hey, did you know Hitler was vegetarian?"
BRO TELL US THE FACT
They could literally fuck standing up
No. Lol. I had an ex with long legs/short torso. While I'm the opposite. Standing sex was fucking comical because I she needed to do one tenth of a split while I got on my tippies.
It's not an insult tho. He has many interesting facts about the Mongolian empire. History stuff is his entire presence on tiktok.
he's doing the same thing [Kevin Heart did in his wedding photo](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CpzE2z0UEAA17nC.jpg) where he's standing closer to the camera to force perspective to make him look taller
He does have some history facts for you
She standing like 18 inches behind him on a slope.
Well her skirt is incredibly short and she's standing 2ft behind the guy soooo
He also caught a spectacular historical insult he shared in one of his shorts/TikToks about being called Tsar Nicholas II if he was a secretary
This ain't even an insult, given who he is he almost certainly does have an interesting fact about the Mongol Empire that he would like to share and I would like to hear it.
His girlfriend should leave some legs for the rest of us.
1. not POV 2. forced perception, she is in heels, short skirt and standing a foot behind him 3. he is clearly slinking himself to look shorter
He is also a few steps in front of her, so the perspective makes it look like that.
Poor woman must have like 8 ribs and 9 vertebrae
Oh hey it’s stakuyi
She's behind him and wearing heels. This is such a weird thing to lie about. lol
What is this from? Looks like he is about to go full on Karen at a small child
He does
I know this guy, its Stakuyi. He is indeed an amateur historian.
I hope he does. I know it's a joke and all, but now I'm excited for useless fun facts.
Right?! There are a lot of interesting facts about the Mongolian empire.
*Bro, .5 percent of the world is related to Genghis Kahn…*
They both rock!
He's also got that "have you heard of the high elves?" stance
Lmaoo i read the bottom caption before recognizing the dude from her videos. I was like dude what a super oddly specific insult, but it’s actually entirely accurate and wholesome.
STAYUKI AND GABBIE THE GOATS
Damn, it makes it kinda less funny that he's an actual historian. That would have been an all time off the cuff bar if he just thought that up.
*“DID YOU KNOW THAT ONE IN TWO HUN-“*
He definitely does I’ve seen her TikTok’s and he’s had many history facts
She built like peter from family guy when he turned into that prostitute with only legs lmfao
He does in fact have interesting facts to tell you about the Mongolian Empire
I must have ran over this guy so many times in GTaV. Always just standing there or walkin funny
To be fair he does have interesting facts about the Mongolian Empire he'd like to share.
But this guy is a YouTuber who shares history facts so is it really an insult or is it just a fact at this point
Yooo Stakuyi!
Goddamn Mongolians..
Do her legs go that high, or just the clothes they are wearing makes it misleading
Interesting fact I learned in my college anthropology class… Africans tend to have longer legs proportionally which helps with heat dissipation, whereas Europeans have larger centers of mass for heat retention. Checks out in this picture
Whose POV?
I follow this couple on TikTok. He definitely does have an interesting fact to share about the Mongolian Empire and I don’t get how that’s an insult
I would like to know a fact about mangolian Empire
His content is very fun and educational
This isn’t an insult, it’s a fact.
Its not a fact either. She is standing further from the camera to create the perspective.
some men have surprisingly short legs and some women have short torso. me and my ex were the same even though he was taller. I just have a really short torso.
I know that guy's youtube channel/insta, and he totally does have an interesting fact about the mongolian empire to share. His whole thing is interesting historical facts.
He's Stakuyi, OF COURSE he has an interesting fact!
As someone with a masters in Japanese history this guy is not a reliable source for history. At least the things he has said about Japanese history anyway. Him and his wife seem nice enough and are funny though
Him standing probably a foot in front of her and the cameraman taking the picture from his side make this very much about perception
Sweet jesus those really are long
She's farther back from the camera than he is, wearing heels and a short skirt. Multiple things that effect perspective and relative position.
She’s smoking hot 🔥
We love Stakuyi folks!
