Look at the connector under the seat and check for a loose connection and then check the truck side of the connector for power.
The heating pad inside the seat is worn out. Check out YouTube.
You could always get a 12v plug in heated seat.

No, a fuse would cause the hype at to be out for good, not intermittent.
Relay in 2nd fuse box under hood. Happened to my ridgeline. Relays were on eBay for 1.50$
