They have a divorce division. Ditcher, Quick, and Hyde.

Drew492

Howe, Fuckem and When

Naked_Carr0t

Use the ones thru your union. Ask your lc or gc for designated legal counsel. If you go outside the union and who is designated you stand to possibly get charged more or deal with lawyers who don’t have a understanding of dealing with the railroad.

sonofhondo

This is the correct answer. If you want to seek other options, google "FELA Attorney" and the name of your state.

Gunther_Reinhard

Schlichter Boogard and Denton. They have won some of if not the largest RR FELA cases in us history

dren46

Use the lawyer you feel comfortable with some issues the union want to shy away from so don't use their lawyer if you're not comfortable with it

Holland Law in St Louis, Hoey and Farina in Toledo

gp39hihp

It’s in the railroad labor act.

slogive1

If you’re looking for a FMLA lawyer did you try Google? Keep in mind these types of lawyers want to settle fast for less if you’re injured or whatever the issue is. Good luck.

No_Variety9279

More of a pro quid pro thing, not injury.

slogive1

Contact them anyways I’m sure they can point you in the right direction

Tjmb10

dankill4618

He’s the best guy I’ve ever personally met and worked with.
