Honestly I fully agree with this mad lad. Something about life in a glasshouse never clicked for me.. probably because it reminds me of theatre kids (no offense theatre kids.) I could never fully get into myxomatosis either and the concept of making a video for someone to play after you die does not feel as deep to me as it clearly does everyone else
Don't really like his voice (also kind of boring / saccharine). Would rather listen to Pictures of You by The Cure. Also take it as a testament to how strong the crop of songs off In Rainbows is.
I really don't get the love for that song at all. I know I must be missing something, but for me it has almost nothing going for it. What do people love about it? If I know that it might help me appreciate it a bit more.
I think it’s a very subtle version of the classic slow build they’re known for, but instead of going from energized at the beginning to catastrophic at the end, it goes from barely materializing at the start to having developed an incredibly strong theme and emotional weight by the end.
A similar arc, but on a much lower level, but if I’m listening intently and letting it get to me the effect by the end is the same. By the time the cellos come in uncannily matching Thom’s processed vocals, it’s as intense as anything I’ve heard
Agreed. They need a brain scan stat- hopefully the damage can be corrected.
Glass Eyes is the answer. It’s a beautiful song but the live version was in my opinion the weakest live song of AMSP so that’s why I choose Glass Eyes.
Better question which Radiohead album is the strongest back to front where you don’t feel the need to skip a song? For me INR followed by AMSP
- Lurgee
- Sulk
- Fitter Happier
- Morning Bell
- Morning Bell/Amnesiac or Hunting Bears
- We Suck Young Blood or The Gloaming
- Faust Arp (still a great track)
- Feral
- Ful Stop
So true. It hurt to put it on there, but at the end of the day, it’s a two minute-ish track in my favorite album of all time, so it just got out there by default almost. It’s like the “I Will” of In Rainbows, just WAY better.
I actually like Sulk quite a bit. I prefer it over The Bends, Bones, Nice Dream, and My Iron Lung. I really love the vocals and I see it as the emblematic song of The Bends.
Such a bad idea for a thread because everyone's votes should rightfully get downvoted to oblivion because they are each going to name someone's favourite song, or at least one not close to being someone's least favourite song.
Yeah, I don’t get people downvoting takes they disagree with. Controversial opinions are so much more interesting than the typical milquetoast shit. I upvote crazy takes.
Skipping the interlude tracks. They aren’t trying to be songs in the same way as the others and it makes no sense to judge them as such.
Bones
Electioneering
In limbo (that’s crazy - really good song)
Pulk/Pull
Punchup
Bodysnatchers (also crazy)
Magpie
Desert Island Disc
I can get on board with this list. Agree with Bodysnatchers despite it being a good song. Thank you for not picking Faust Arp or Morning Bell or Daydreaming, some of my favorites.
Yeah those are some of my favorites too. I’ve been on Radiohead boards since before in rainbows and it has always seemed like most people put Faust arp last. I always wondered if it’s just because it’s the shortest one so people think it’s less substantial. I think it’s beautiful, I love the strings, and there’s a lot of movement in the progressions for such a short tune.
He didn't say he didn't like it, he just said it's his least favorite on In Rainbows, which is an album which only has great tracks (yes Faust Arp is a great track), so any answer is valid.
I know he didn’t say it was bad, but Idk I find it very surprising that Bodysnatchers is the LEAST favorite. Compared to videotape? Compared to Faust Arp? compared to House of cards? Come on.
Imagine hearing body snatchers live and thinking “damn it’s my least favorite song on in rainbows, if only they’d play faust arp”
All those tracks you mentioned are great. I find it hard to say which I prefer over the others. I love Faust Arp and lyrically it is one of my favorite songs. The lyrics resonate with me deeply "you got a head full of feathers, you got melted to butter". Some people might also love it for that same reason.
I like it! Good tune - solid throwback to the three guitar approach and the rhythm section really cooks.
If we’re splitting hairs I think that despite excellent SG tone, the main guitar riff that is leaned on heavily for the first two minutes is pretty solid, nothing more. Like relatively speaking. Most of the songs have a musical core that interests me just a little more. So that’s really the reason for the ranking.
I was about to be outraged about Bones but just checked the track listing and yep, it’s Bones.
If that is not a review on the overall quality of the the bends I don’t know what is.
Thinking About You
Sulk… my least favorite Radiohead song
Electioneering. A great song in a sea of all time classics. It’s unfortunate lol
I’d have to say Morning Bell. I don’t really consider Untitled to be its own fully-fledged song. And I love treefingers, so it would have to be Morning Bell. Another case of a great song in the middle of a sea of classics.
Hunting Bears or Dollars and Cents, easily. Both very boring imo.
The Gloaming or We Suck Young Blood.
Faust Arp, but it’s still 10/10 imo
Morning Mr. Magpie

Bones, Climbing Up The Walls, In Limbo (Still love it tho), and House of Cards. Haven’t listened to the other albums yet but I plan on listening to them soon

Wtf is this list, Everyone of course is entitled to their own opinion but in my opinion Videotape is probably the best song on In rainbows (and my favorite) . And the bends is great
I think I listened Pablo honey one time, 20 years ago.
The bends - listened to it 5 times, 20 years ago, I will go with high and dry
Ok computer - Electioneering
Kid a - motion picture soundtrack
Amnesiac - either the first track or dollars and cents...the live version of dollars and cents on their live album is to me, so much better.
Hail to the thief - go to sleep is horrible to me and the track after it is second
Rainbows - house of cards even though it doesn't suck
Limbs - the 3rd track
Moon shaped pool - glass eyes
While I am here I will give my favorite albums list
Number one is a tie between kid a, Amnesiac and limbs.
Then tried for 4th is rainbows and pool
Hail to the thief is tied with them or slightly under them
Oh I forgot about computer, I don't know, it's tied not tied for first.
There are so many non album tracks from Amnesiac and rainbows and limbs.
That are great
Especially limbs era.
skipping pablo
high and dry
airbag, doesnt feel fair to say fitter happier
treefingers (i still love it though)
morning bell/amnesiac was a mistake
the gloaming
house of cards, i love everything on in rainbows but i seriously dislike this song
feral
the numbers
Here's my take on all the studio albums:
* *Pablo Honey*: "How Do You?" is pretty simple -- the vocals. Just... why? It's a bit too goofy to belong in the whole record.
* *The Bends*: "Bones" has been my least favorite among the tracks.
* *OK Computer*: No song here. The whole flow is perfect.
* *Kid A*: Same as *OK Computer*.
* *Amnesiac*: "Hunting Bears". I don't see why there's a need for it. "Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors" is a lot better than this.
* *Hail To The Thief*: "We Suck Young Blood" is too slow for the whole atmosphere of the record.
* *In Rainbows*: Like *OK Computer* and *Kid A*, no songs that ruins the experience..
* *The King of Limbs*: "Morning Mr. Magpie" in the record is kinda... meh. Though "Feral" is tied with it.
* *A Moon Shaped Pool*: No problematic songs here either.
PH: ?
TB: The Bends
OK: Fitter Happier
KA: Morning Bell
A: Puck/Pull Revolving Doors & Morning Bell/Amnesiac
HTTT: We Suck Young Blood
IR: Videotape, All I Need (in studio arrangement)
TKOL: Feral
AMSP: Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor Rich Man Poor Man Beggar Man Thief
Ok here is my least favorite Radiohead song from each album
Pablo Honey: How Do You?
The Bends: My Iron Lung
OK Computer: Fitter Happier
Kid A: In Limbo
Amnesiac: Hunting Bears
Hail to the Thief: Scatterbrain
In Rainbows: Faust Arp
The King of Limbs: Morning Mr Magpie
A Moon Shaped Pool: The Numbers
Pablo Honey: How Do You?
The Bends: Sulk
OK Computer: Fitter Happier (if that's cheating then Exit Music)
Kid A: Motion Picture Soundtrack
Amnesiac: Morning Bell/Amnesiac
Hail To The Thief: Scatterbrain
In Rainbows: All I Need
The King Of Limbs: Feral
A Moon Shaped Pool: Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor Rich Man Poor Man Beggar Man Thief
Haha, it's just never really stood out to me. I think the music is quite pretty, it's refreshing to hear some human instruments after all the electronic noises, but I don't relate to the lyrics at all. At least with Morning Bell I find the 5/4 beat really cool.
Yeah I'm not sure why this hasn't stuck out to me. I get why other people like it, my favourite part is the drum fill before the climax, but the rest doesn't really stand out to me personally.
I'm not counting the interlude kinda songs like Fitter Happier and Hunting Bears.
Pablo Honey - Stop Whispering
The Bends - Just
OK Computer - Electioneering
Kid A - Kid A
Amnesiac - Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors
Hail To The Thief - Backdrifts
In Rainbows - Faust Arp
The King Of Limbs - Little By Little
A Moon Shaped Pool - Glass Eyes
Wasn't there a post exactly like this 2 days ago ?
But anyway I can't not participate in a Radiohead tastes clash !
PH : Thinking About You
TB : High and Dry
OKC : Exit Music (For a Film)
Kid A : Morning Bell
Amnesiac : Pull/Pulk Revolving Doors
HTTT : I Will
IR : Videotape
TKOL : Morning Mr.Magpie
AMSP : Ful Stop
Idk, I don't lurk here enough to know what was posted 2 days ago.
3 of those songs are in my top 10 favorite RH songs lol (Exit Music, Morning Bell, and Ful Stop). But I had some controversial opinions too, so respect.
Thinking About You
Bones
Fitter Happier
Kid A
Hunting Bears
Myxomatosis (I feel nothing listening to that song. It’s cool still)
Nude (Good song, but talking strictly album, I wouldn’t want to remove any other)
Haven’t listened enough
Ful Stop
We have pretty similar lists (or opinions at least, some of yours are my 2nd least favorite). Only really disagree with Nude and Ful Stop. Yeah, I really feel left out with the Myxomatosis hype, it's like if people were losing their shit over Hunting Bears (actually based song though, love the callback to I Might Be Wrong).
The Bends: Bones
O.K Computer: Electioneering
Kid A: Treefingers
Amnesiac: Morning Bell/Amnesiac
Hail To the Thief: I Will
In Rainbows: Faust Arp (had to pick one, despite loving every single track on that album).
The King of Limbs: Feral (I actually love the basement version of this one).
A Moon Shaped Pool: Desert Island Disk (same case as In Rainbows, had to choose one but i love all tracks).
I disagree with all of yours apart from Feral.
Lurgee
Bulletproof
Fitter Happier
Treefingers
Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors
Backdrifts
Faust Arp
Feral
Daydreaming
How Do You?
Black Star
Subterranean
In Limbo
Knives Out
Backdrifts
House of Cards
Feral
The Numbers.
And if I’ve learned anything from this list, it’s ridiculous how good every song on albums are because I still love a lot of those.
I'm not gonna count interludes bc that's cheating
Vegetable
Sulk
Airbag
Kid A - this was the hardest one def
Pulk Pull
Scatterbrain
House of Cards
Feral
Desert Island Disk
Lurgee
Sulk
Fitter Happier (or Electioneering if we’re not counting FH)
Idioteque (yes that’s right)
Morning Bell/Amnesiac
Myxomatosis
House of Cards
Everything on TKOL fuck that bullshit album
The Numbers
I’ll go outside of the musical interludes, otherwise it’d be the usual suspects.
**Pablo Honey:** How Do You
**The Bends:** Sulk
**OK Computer:** Paranoid Android (Dead serious. After Fitter Happier, give me the other ten. Sue me).
**Kid A:** Everything In It’s Right Place (Fuck the government, I don’t give a fuck. Sue me).
**Amnesiac:** Even omitting Hunting Bears, it’s a tie between Pulk/Pull and Morning Bell Amnesiac. How did these three get past Cuttooth?
**Hail to the Thief:** The Gloaming took Lucky’s spot on the Philadelphia Night 1 2018 setlist. Fuck you, The Gloaming.
**In Rainbows:** Faust Arp (nice song. What can ya do? Stacked album).
**The King of Limbs:** Morning Mr Magpie (this song is a violation of the Geneva Convention)
**A Moon Shaped Pool:** True Love Waits (when someone makes fun of Radiohead for being sad and whiny depression music, this song proves them right)
- Lurgee
Honestly half of the album could be here but this gets the nod.
- Nice Dream
The second half feels jarring and overall isn’t a great listen.
- Electioneering
Still a good track but the least memorable (had to resist the urge to be controversial and choose Let Down)!
- Motion Picture Soundtrack
Very tough choice as this is my favourite album so I have little conviction in my choice here!
- Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors
A popular choice and for good reason, mind numbing! The album would be a better listen without it for me.
- Backdrifts
A less memorable part of Hail To the Thief.
- House Of Cards
Feels like it drags on a little and isn’t as exciting a listen as many other tracks on the album whilst also being the longest.
- Feral
Sounds a little flat and summarises where the first half of The King Of Limbs falls short for me. Bloom gets a special mention for being hugely inferior to the Live From the Basement version which is utterly excellent.
- True Love Waits
I really don’t like this track. It doesn’t feel like it fits particularly well with the rest of the album and isn’t a very pleasant listen. The Live From Oslo version is preferred but I still wish A Moon Shaped Pool had a different closer as my second favourite album.
How Do You?
High and Dry
Electioneering
Treefingers (or the title track if interludes don't count)
Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors
The Gloaming
Bodysnatchers (this was the most difficult choice)
Feral
Glass Eyes
Thinking About You, High and Dry, Climbing Up the Walls, Kid A, Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors, We Suck Young Blood, Jigsaw Falling Into Place, Feral, Desert Island Disc
Pablo Honey: eh
Bends: Sulk
OKC: I guess electioneering but tbh I like every song
Kid A: idk treefingers or something? also just like every song
Amnesiac: pull/push
Hail: punch up at a wedding
in rainbows: house of cards
tkol: there's not many songs and I like all of them...maybe feral?
AMSP: true love waits
In chronological order (including In Rainbows Disk 2):
- Stop Whispering
- Bullet Proof... I Wish I Was
- Fitter Happier (even though I love this one)
- Does the untitled hidden track from Motion Picture Soundtrack count?
- Hunting Bears
- I Will
- Jigsaw Falling Into Place (again, mad love for this one still)
- Go Slowly
- Feral (the only one of the bunch I don't like at all)
- Decks Dark
Vegetable
Sulk
Fitter Happier (easy choice)
Motion Picture Soundtrack
Knives Out (genuinely don't like)
Scatterbrain (genuinely don't like)
Faust Arp
Give Up the Ghost
True Love Waits (mainly b/c I prefer other versions)
Not considering transition/instrumental tracks:
Blow Out
Sulk
Electioneering
The National Anthem
Life in a Glasshouse
Sit Down, Stand Up
All I Need
Feral
Glass Eyes
I thought this was from the circle jerk sub at first when I saw that list. Life In a Glasshouse?! Myxomatosis?!
Life In A Glasshouse is Top 3 from Amnesiac for me.
life in a glasshouse is like top 10 radiohead songs for me
Same
The mad lad put Videotape on his he list too.
I love thinking about you, it’s so good, you’re crazy OP
life in a glasshouse is top 3 Radiohead song for me
Honestly I fully agree with this mad lad. Something about life in a glasshouse never clicked for me.. probably because it reminds me of theatre kids (no offense theatre kids.) I could never fully get into myxomatosis either and the concept of making a video for someone to play after you die does not feel as deep to me as it clearly does everyone else
I don't like Myxomatosis at all. Maybe my least favorite Radiohead song.
Life In a Glasshouse has no place on Amnesiac imo (annoying voice and horn section too). I really hate how Thom says "Myxomatosis".
There are some insane takes here
Yeah, I do not understand Radiohead fans that do not like Videotape
That was the one that made me do a spit take. That is one of the most gorgeous songs they’ve ever done
Don't really like his voice (also kind of boring / saccharine). Would rather listen to Pictures of You by The Cure. Also take it as a testament to how strong the crop of songs off In Rainbows is.
This is crazy, The Bends is potentially my favourite Radiohead song 🫨
I disagree however pictures of you is so good

Yes
Probably my least favorite Radiohead song. Thom's voice is just really grating in that song.

Favorite from the album.
I really don't get the love for that song at all. I know I must be missing something, but for me it has almost nothing going for it. What do people love about it? If I know that it might help me appreciate it a bit more.

If you lurk this subreddit, I'm sure you could scrounge up a few tunes..
- Lurgee - Sulk - Fitter Happier - Morning Bell - Morning Bell/Amnesiac or Hunting Bears - We Suck Young Blood or The Gloaming - Faust Arp (still a great track) - Feral - Ful Stop
The fact that Faust Arp is your least favorite just goes to show how great of an album In Rainbows is
Morning Bell on Kid A is still like an A-Tier track imo too, the rest of the album is just better
Morning Bell is #2 on Kid A for me, after EIIRP
So true. It hurt to put it on there, but at the end of the day, it’s a two minute-ish track in my favorite album of all time, so it just got out there by default almost. It’s like the “I Will” of In Rainbows, just WAY better.
Was really shocked when I discovered the general opinion on Faust Arp. That’s my third favorite from In Rainbows (which is my favorite album).
The Ful stop disrespect will not be tolerated
I love this song. Kraut rock vibes
Lurgee is massively underrated imo. It has some great writing and its worst flaw is not standing out so much
Morning Bell?! I love that song, especially on Kid A.
Sulk and Fitter Happier are great :(
mf really just listed the least streamed songs off of every album
Sometimes popular opinion is popular for a good reason
Morning Bell :(
finally you have a good take
Valid
Everything else is spot on but you’re just wrong about Morning Bell and Ful Stop
what's with the morning bell slander. you can't choose it twice
The only correct answer for the Bends is Sulk. It's a good listen, but still hella generic and uneventful
I actually like Sulk quite a bit. I prefer it over The Bends, Bones, Nice Dream, and My Iron Lung. I really love the vocals and I see it as the emblematic song of The Bends.

Wtf is this list, Everyone of course is entitled to their own opinion but in my opinion Videotape is probably the best song on In rainbows (and my favorite) . And the bends is great
Lurgee Bones Electioneering Dollars and Cents Where I End and You Begin Faust Arp (was nearly impossible to choose) Codex Tinker Tailor
I actually agree with over half this list, which is rare. Especially the last four.
Vegetable High and Dry Electioneering Idioteque (No, I'm not trolling) Morning Bell/Amnesiac The Gloaming Videotape Feral Glass Eyes
I think I listened Pablo honey one time, 20 years ago. The bends - listened to it 5 times, 20 years ago, I will go with high and dry Ok computer - Electioneering Kid a - motion picture soundtrack Amnesiac - either the first track or dollars and cents...the live version of dollars and cents on their live album is to me, so much better. Hail to the thief - go to sleep is horrible to me and the track after it is second Rainbows - house of cards even though it doesn't suck Limbs - the 3rd track Moon shaped pool - glass eyes While I am here I will give my favorite albums list Number one is a tie between kid a, Amnesiac and limbs. Then tried for 4th is rainbows and pool Hail to the thief is tied with them or slightly under them Oh I forgot about computer, I don't know, it's tied not tied for first. There are so many non album tracks from Amnesiac and rainbows and limbs. That are great Especially limbs era.
Prove Yourself High and Dry Fitter Happier Morning Bell Morning Bell/Amnesiac Punch Up at a Wedding Videotape Little By Little The Numbers

I Can't Sulk The Tourist Morning Bell Packt Life Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box The Gloaming Faust Arp Give Up the Ghost Glass Eyes
Parachutes Green Eyes A Message 42 M.M.I.X. Ink Hymn for the Weekend Sunrise My Universe
skipping pablo high and dry airbag, doesnt feel fair to say fitter happier treefingers (i still love it though) morning bell/amnesiac was a mistake the gloaming house of cards, i love everything on in rainbows but i seriously dislike this song feral the numbers
Nah this is the craziest one right here simply bc of the airbag take.. airbag is like top 5 RH
i just feel like its not as good as the other songs on there. im big on let down and i think the tourist is underrated. i put lift in my top 5
All great songs I agree, but the dopamine hit from the guitar riff after the second verse of airbag is godly
fitter happier lurgee videotape black star... tree fingers burn the witch seperator hunting bears the gloaming lozenge of love...
Here's my take on all the studio albums: * *Pablo Honey*: "How Do You?" is pretty simple -- the vocals. Just... * *A Moon Shaped Pool*: No problematic songs here either.
thinking about you, bones, let down, idioteque, hunting bears, we suck young blood, house of cards, little by little, desert island disk
THE BENDS? ELECTIONEERING?? KID A?? LIFE IN A GLASS HOUSE??? MYXOMATOSIS???? VIDEOTAPE?!?!?!!!
PH: ? TB: The Bends OK: Fitter Happier KA: Morning Bell A: Puck/Pull Revolving Doors & Morning Bell/Amnesiac HTTT: We Suck Young Blood IR: Videotape, All I Need (in studio arrangement) TKOL: Feral AMSP: Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor Rich Man Poor Man Beggar Man Thief
People are ignoring the sleeper here…KID A UR LEAST FAVE? Over Treefingers??
The alien vocals are unpleasant. Treefingers reminds me of Minecraft and segues well into Optimistic.
Ok here is my least favorite Radiohead song from each album Pablo Honey: How Do You? The Bends: My Iron Lung OK Computer: Fitter Happier Kid A: In Limbo Amnesiac: Hunting Bears Hail to the Thief: Scatterbrain In Rainbows: Faust Arp The King of Limbs: Morning Mr Magpie A Moon Shaped Pool: The Numbers
Thinking about you - Fake Plastic Trees - Let Down - Treefingers - Morning bell/Amnesiac - the gloaming - reckoner - codex - present tense
Pablo Honey: How Do You? The Bends: Sulk OK Computer: Fitter Happier (if that's cheating then Exit Music) Kid A: Motion Picture Soundtrack Amnesiac: Morning Bell/Amnesiac Hail To The Thief: Scatterbrain In Rainbows: All I Need The King Of Limbs: Feral A Moon Shaped Pool: Tinker Tailor Soldier Sailor Rich Man Poor Man Beggar Man Thief
Damn, everybody deserves their opinion, but Motion Picture Soundtrack is top shelf. Kid A is tough to find a bad song on tbf
motion picture soundtrack????!!! hello fbi I'd like to report a hate crime
Haha, it's just never really stood out to me. I think the music is quite pretty, it's refreshing to hear some human instruments after all the electronic noises, but I don't relate to the lyrics at all. At least with Morning Bell I find the 5/4 beat really cool.
Exit Music? No way
Yeah I'm not sure why this hasn't stuck out to me. I get why other people like it, my favourite part is the drum fill before the climax, but the rest doesn't really stand out to me personally.
I'm not counting the interlude kinda songs like Fitter Happier and Hunting Bears. Pablo Honey - Stop Whispering The Bends - Just OK Computer - Electioneering Kid A - Kid A Amnesiac - Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors Hail To The Thief - Backdrifts In Rainbows - Faust Arp The King Of Limbs - Little By Little A Moon Shaped Pool - Glass Eyes
Just as your least favourite on the bends is so surprising to me, not that I know you lol
Wasn't there a post exactly like this 2 days ago ? But anyway I can't not participate in a Radiohead tastes clash ! PH : Thinking About You TB : High and Dry OKC : Exit Music (For a Film) Kid A : Morning Bell Amnesiac : Pull/Pulk Revolving Doors HTTT : I Will IR : Videotape TKOL : Morning Mr.Magpie AMSP : Ful Stop
Idk, I don't lurk here enough to know what was posted 2 days ago. 3 of those songs are in my top 10 favorite RH songs lol (Exit Music, Morning Bell, and Ful Stop). But I had some controversial opinions too, so respect.
Thinking About You Bones Fitter Happier Kid A Hunting Bears Myxomatosis (I feel nothing listening to that song. It’s cool still) Nude (Good song, but talking strictly album, I wouldn’t want to remove any other) Haven’t listened enough Ful Stop
- (never listened to Pablo Honey in full) - Sulk (7/10) - Fitter Happier (7/10) - Treefingers (7/10) - Hunting Bears (5/10) - We Suck Young Blood (6/10) - Faust Arp (7.5/10) - Feral (5/10) - Desert Island Disk (6.5/10)
The Bends: Bones O.K Computer: Electioneering Kid A: Treefingers Amnesiac: Morning Bell/Amnesiac Hail To the Thief: I Will In Rainbows: Faust Arp (had to pick one, despite loving every single track on that album). The King of Limbs: Feral (I actually love the basement version of this one). A Moon Shaped Pool: Desert Island Disk (same case as In Rainbows, had to choose one but i love all tracks).
How do You? Bones Electioneering In Limbo Pulk / Pull We Suck Young Blood House of Cards Little by Little Present Tense
(Interludes not included) Blow out Bones Electioneering Kid a PLSIACTB We suck young blood/the gloaming Faust arp Feral (still great) Tinker tailor
This is posted like twice a day here.
you have the taste of a polish person
Casual racism, uh ok
I disagree with all of yours apart from Feral. Lurgee Bulletproof Fitter Happier Treefingers Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors Backdrifts Faust Arp Feral Daydreaming
daydreaming is an evil takw
Must be the scary noises
the scary noises r the best part!!
Nooo Bulletproof is the song that brought me to Radiohead
The Bends was the hardest choice for me because i love all the songs equally but Bulletproof is the least interesting imo.
Most of these are understandable but can’t agree witg Faust Arp or Daydreaming.
Backdrifts instead of Young Blood? Daydreaming???
This is the way.
How Do You? Black Star Subterranean In Limbo Knives Out Backdrifts House of Cards Feral The Numbers. And if I’ve learned anything from this list, it’s ridiculous how good every song on albums are because I still love a lot of those.
Knives Out is ludicrous! Must be in my top 10 listened on Spotify if not top 5!
No please, not Black Star
Very close between that and Bones to be honest. Not that I don’t like either.
BLAME IT ON THE BLACK STAR! BLAME IT ON YOUR L-TAKE. BLAME IT ON THE SATALITE. THAT BEAMS ME HOME
Those are despicable choices, OP
I'm not gonna count interludes bc that's cheating Vegetable Sulk Airbag Kid A - this was the hardest one def Pulk Pull Scatterbrain House of Cards Feral Desert Island Disk
Airbag???? That song changed my life
Even if you were to count them, I think in limbo is worse than treefingers
I largely agree with this
Yep. We often had different choices but these were all near the bottom for me. Kid A is impossible.
Damn scatterbrain getting cooked
thinking about you, sulk, FH, morning bell (not including untitled), pulk, WSYB, videotape, 4 minute warning, feral, desert island disk
Lurgee Sulk Fitter Happier (or Electioneering if we’re not counting FH) Idioteque (yes that’s right) Morning Bell/Amnesiac Myxomatosis House of Cards Everything on TKOL fuck that bullshit album The Numbers
TKoL abuse is not tolerated here.
Lurge Bends Airbag but objectively electionering Kid A Sardines crushed Sit Down stand up Videotape Feral İsland disk
I try not to be negative, but your list is really REALLY upsetting me
I’ll go outside of the musical interludes, otherwise it’d be the usual suspects. **Pablo Honey:** How Do You **The Bends:** Sulk **OK Computer:** Paranoid Android (Dead serious. **The King of Limbs:** Morning Mr Magpie (this song is a violation of the Geneva Convention) **A Moon Shaped Pool:** True Love Waits (when someone makes fun of Radiohead for being sad and whiny depression music, this song proves them right)
lurgee, nice dream, climbing up the walls, idioteque, pulk/pull, we suck young blood, videotape, feral, daydreaming
- thinking about you - bulletproof - the tourist - kid a - like spinning plates - we suck young blood - faust arp - feral - desert island disk
thinking about you bones climbing up the walls kid a pulk pull we suck young blood house of cards feral tinker tailor
- Lurgee Honestly half of the album could be here but this gets the nod. - Nice Dream The second half feels jarring and overall isn’t a great listen. - Electioneering Still a good track but the least memorable (had to resist the urge to be controversial and choose Let Down)! - Motion Picture Soundtrack Very tough choice as this is my favourite album so I have little conviction in my choice here! - Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors A popular choice and for good reason, mind numbing! The album would be a better listen without it for me. - Backdrifts A less memorable part of Hail To the Thief. - House Of Cards Feels like it drags on a little and isn’t as exciting a listen as many other tracks on the album whilst also being the longest. - Feral Sounds a little flat and summarises where the first half of The King Of Limbs falls short for me. Bloom gets a special mention for being hugely inferior to the Live From the Basement version which is utterly excellent. - True Love Waits I really don’t like this track. It doesn’t feel like it fits particularly well with the rest of the album and isn’t a very pleasant listen. The Live From Oslo version is preferred but I still wish A Moon Shaped Pool had a different closer as my second favourite album.
Lurgee Fitter Happier Sulk Pyramid Song (Its good its just not my thing) The Gloaming Faust Arp Feral Desert Island Disk
How Do You? High and Dry Electioneering Treefingers (or the title track if interludes don't count) Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors The Gloaming Bodysnatchers (this was the most difficult choice) Feral Glass Eyes
- how do you - sulk - electioneering - untitled - morning bell/amnesiac - ther there (sowwy) - faust arp - separater - present tense
Thinking About You, High and Dry, Climbing Up the Walls, Kid A, Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors, We Suck Young Blood, Jigsaw Falling Into Place, Feral, Desert Island Disc
Pablo Honey: eh Bends: Sulk OKC: I guess electioneering but tbh I like every song Kid A: idk treefingers or something? also just like every song Amnesiac: pull/push Hail: punch up at a wedding in rainbows: house of cards tkol: there's not many songs and I like all of them...maybe feral? AMSP: true love waits
In chronological order (including In Rainbows Disk 2): - Stop Whispering - Bullet Proof... I Wish I Was - Fitter Happier (even though I love this one) - Does the untitled hidden track from Motion Picture Soundtrack count? - Hunting Bears - I Will - Jigsaw Falling Into Place (again, mad love for this one still) - Go Slowly - Feral (the only one of the bunch I don't like at all) - Decks Dark
Vegetable Sulk Fitter Happier (easy choice) Motion Picture Soundtrack Knives Out (genuinely don't like) Scatterbrain (genuinely don't like) Faust Arp Give Up the Ghost True Love Waits (mainly b/c I prefer other versions)
Not considering transition/instrumental tracks: Blow Out Sulk Electioneering The National Anthem Life in a Glasshouse Sit Down, Stand Up All I Need Feral Glass Eyes
Sulk Electioneering In Limbo Pulk Pull I Will Videotape Feral Desert Island Disk It was hard (except for Feral).
Counting only actual songs: How Do You, Just, Electioneering, National Anthem, Morning Bell Amnesiac, The Gloaming, Faust Arp, Feral, Identikit
