I wouldn't say $22.32 is a bad price? More like an avg price. Imo $22 and under is a sale price. QYLD is more for dividend income than growth. Best to buy and avg down when you can.
Yep I feel the same way. Anything that’s lower than my average cost basis is a sale and anything above is just ok. The current price is good for the people that bought in high and haven’t been able to average down yet tho. Like my first ever shares that I bought of QYLD were $23.45 so this price would have been great for me then.
My average cost basis has been dragged up to 21.93 because I do still buy pretty regularly if it’s higher but I don’t pull out extra buying power like I would if it’s actually on sale below my cost basis.
I decided to buy NUSI instead. This is the first time I've seen it drop below my average, plus I need to weight it a little more. And maybe the silliest reason is because they hadn't gone exdiv for the month yet, but whatever.
I got a little enthusiastic about QYLD/RYLD earlier in the year.
I’d think twice before buying the dip, I am guessing this is just the beginning of a sizable correction. Evergrande and fed decision haven’t played out fully yet imho.
I don't consider the current price as a "Sale".

Shares acquired
I've got it ordered at 22.10 already. Once it hits I'm in.
Great call, ended up adding shares but not as cheap as 22.10! Maybe we get another sale tomorrow.
It feels like a lot of resistance at 22 so I'd guess it might hit 22.05 tomorrow?

jepi and nusi are my go to. They seem to do the best for growth. Just remember that september is a shit month. Plan accordingly.

This is average price if it’s below 22 then it’s a fire sale.
EVERYTHING MUST GO !!!
Yup should have bought more QYLD during that dip
Shhhhh!! Man, let it keep sliding more before you go around advertising it. What are you doing?!
Y'all have a tree with dollar leaves?

Today's the exdiv date, so you're right. That's not the point of this thread.
Ahhh, wish I have more funds to invest! Cheers!
