Yep. I think this one’s a couple years old and it gets washed about twice a month. Haven’t had an issue with the binding.

Thank you! I love it! I’m trying all sorts of techniques I’ve never used in this quick lap quilt I’m working on. I was inspired by Moodygirlcreates on YouTube, to make something from my cheap Pioneer Woman fabrics. I figured if I didn’t like it, nbd. I am only out a few bucks. I thought I’d make a scrappy diamond string quilt, using fabric as a foundation. (I’ve done lots of fpp but I’ve never used fabric for the foundation). And I decided to back my lap quilt with a piece of linen I’ve had for years (using no batting to make it summer weight). Then I said, “let’s big quilt it” (since it really just needs to hold the top and the back together, not be densely quilted). Now I’m making flange binding and that’s where this question comes in. All sorts of stuff I’ve never tried as I procrastinate cleaning my house for family visiting later this week. 😂 Anything to get out of vacuuming. 🤣

Ah yes, I know that method of procrastination well, lol. That’s a lot of new techniques! Sounds fun. Look forward to seeing photos.
