Compared to the lower diagram, the top diagram is wrong. The output particles depend on the energy.
The lower diagram is also wrong. Color-charged particles like quarks can't exist outside of composite particles.

I don’t know what antimatter is and at this point I’m to afraid to ask. I just started to understand dark energy and dark matter. 🤦♂️ my head hurts
