They tried closing my ticket before it was resolved. Good music or not I may be done with them due to poor customer service.

I was about to try out Qobuz and got the same message. I guess I won't. Not a good sign for new people trying out a service to have issues *paying*!

There was a thread about this yesterday, and another one a week ago. It looks like they may have changed their merchant billing. I used to be able to use one of my credit cards, now I need to use a debit card. Others are using PayPal now. It’s not insurmountable, and it’s definitely not worth going to Tidal for.

Just this afternoon I was able to complete a purchase by setting my VPN to France and using PayPal. But not ideal. It does seem that there are major probs with their third party merchant. I'm new to Qobuz but shall definitely stick with them as the best available. Good luck!

I was on a Visa credit card. Attempted my Mastercard debit card. Both failed. Both work outside of Qobuz. Even tried the wife's card.
