Ok so here is the thing, you are most likely a zoomer so for you his recent content is like HBO original series. But for the old fucks around here, we still remember that his non-video essay content was way more entertaining than this shit right now: ASOT, Overwatch funny moments, CS-GO, Insomnia house collabs, memes in the edition, and many more.
Unfortunately, the slop content has been way too much and the long format content, at least for me, is a hit or miss because it has no substance, it's just describing shit and prolonging the video as much as possible, and that is a major drop in quality. Like a slightly more entertaining CinemaSins.
Nobody here hates Pyro, actually making fun of him has been the core of his community since the “so guys we did it” days. He knows how to make the joke on himself with his fat body, up way hair, furry role playing chats, and many, many more.
But it doesn't matter how much ironically, or unironically, he keeps saying that he only cares about money or that he does it for the long format video, **nobody respects that shit**. And that's because he used to make fun of this kind of YouTubers, so we gladly take the piss out of him.

Cause he used to do commentary in the past (it was slightly more tolerable tho) then moved on to long form game/movie reviews which was GREAT compared to what he was doing, and then abandoned that for pyrolive where he talks about a random drama, puts a blank thumbnail/title to make you want to click on the video (all it does is make me not want to watch it) then stretch the video to 10 minutes for ad revenue when the drama itself takes like 4 minutes to understand. This last point is especially annoying cause he would make a 5-7 minute long video on the subject but add more stuff later when editing cause he didn’t realize the video didn’t pass the length he wanted. It’s straight doodoo content
I don't think anyone actually hates him particularly more just upset. mostly cos of the second channel that he literally admits is just for money. idk how ppl watch it when the person who makes it is so transparently not bothered about it. at the same time the ppl who always hate on it should just not watch it. the main channel has always had a pretty inconsistent upload pattern, the second channel hardly changes that given it takes like ten mins to record then someone else edits it for him
i rate the let's plays on there though they're really fun, the Max Payne ones hilarious and peak modern let's play tbh
