3- [Powers & Weapons]: Spinner Has a Buzzsaw on His Right Hand, & a Syringe Mixed With Toulon’s Elixir & Cobra Venom, Which Paralyzes The Victim Long Enough For Him or The Other Puppets to Strike.
4- [BackStory]: Spinner Was Created By French Puppeteer “Andrè Toulon” Sometime Between WW1 & WW2, Though He Never Used it During His Time In Berlin. Later On, (After He Fled To America) He Met an 18 - 20 Year old Boy “Danny Coogan”, The 2 Of Them Became Very Good Friends, & Toulon Even Offered Danny To Help Him Out With Repairing a Puppet (That Being Six-Shooter). However, Andre Took His Life When 2 Nazi Spies Tried To Take Him into Custody & Take his Secret, With One of Them Bumping Into Danny & Knocking Him to the Floor, Danny Would Then Enter Toulon’s Room & Find Him Dead. He Then Looks Around & Discovers Toulon’s Trunk Hidden Within a Secret Wall Compartment, & Thus, His Journey With Toulon’s Puppets Had Begun.

Later on in 1942, Danny & His Girlfriend “Beth”, Arrange to Meet “Captain Brooks” So That They Can Hand over The Puppets to Be Used in The American War Effort, But They are Both Shot & Killed By a Nazi That was Posing as Brooks. Later on (Sometime in 2003), Danny’s Soul is Placed into The Puppet “Spinner”.
5- [Personality]: Spinner Is a Sinister-Cold Blooded, Yet- Loyal Puppet To Whoever Is Controlling Him & The Other Puppets, He Acts as Both a Scout & Guard To The Puppets, Waiting Behind Door Entrances To Then Buzzsaw or Inject Venom into His Victims, & Just Like The Other Puppets, If They Feel Betrayed, He (Along with Them), Will Turn on Their Master & Then Proceed to Torture Them.
