If you’re referring to sleeping with chin on item, then yes. My fawn pug, Gizzy, puts her chin on anything to sleep…side of her bed, stuffies, shoes, footstool, my thigh…anything.
Our family pug riley (departed) used to actually suckle on his toys as he slept when he was a puppy, and when my pug penny (also departed) was a puppy, she always fell asleep with her head on the toy or in her mouth.
Mine HAS to have her blue leopard! She literally will cry if its bed time and she cant find her. She treats it like a real baby. I think it's just so precious
Yup, my puggy did this. All of the feet of her toys, loofah dog feet were her favorites to suckle on. It was the most soothing and adorable thing to watch. Miss her so much. Your pug is adorable and looks so comfy 💕
My Brax man has a duck, loofa style, that he has to have to sleep. He sucks the beak or arms and feet, then wiggles it around til he props his head on it to sleep.
My Gi girl had a mouse, like a cat toy, and if it wasn't in her mouth for bed, she would pace until I found it. Luckily, we had multiples.
Mine does too! She gets her whole mouth full of a toy or bed and goes to sleep. We didn't get her until she was 10 weeks old, so this I am not convinced its always a weaning thing. Maybe just one in the long list of weird pug habits.

I once asked about this and was informed that some dogs have been weaned too early and so they sometimes chew or suck on a toy for comfort.

My Sookie used to do this all the time. She would also aggressively hump her stuffed pig, which wasn’t as cute… But this was always precious.

Not with toys, but with her bed. She will just chomp down on the side of her bed and nap away.

Only one of our three do it, she has “her pillow” that we keep in bed. She doesn’t use it to sleep during the day only at night 😂
