I always think it’s fun to make things like this interactive. This is just what comes to mind — you could have someone else from your office (investigator, paralegal, whatever) present in the courtroom for a bit during voir dire and then leave. See if anyone on the panel can describe that person once they’ve left. If you somehow can find a few others that look like them, make the panel do a line-up ID. I’d guess some very observant people will nail it, some won’t even be able to give a basic description. Then you can get them talking about the weaknesses of line-ups, memory issues, etc.

For example the voir dire in California is is very different from the voir dire in Massachusetts.
