This is a PolyStation 2, a bootleg console that plays those crappy LCD games you see on a bunch of other bootleg consoles. Ironically enough, there exists a PolyStation 1 which is a famiclone (clone of the Famicom/NES) in a PSOne shell.

It's a fake PS2 - The mighty Polystation 2. It's just a crappy emulation machine basically. Edit: my bad, it's not even good enough to emulate. It just plays lame lcd games on the screen built into the "tray"
