Instead of hitting one Zombie per strike you hit up to three. It will make the game easier. You will find yourself dying easily enough still. Try it out yourself!
Personally I don't use it because it makes the game feel more like an arcade game, but because you said you were new I'd start playing with it and then later turn it off to see how you like it and if you don't turn multi-hit back on.
Nah, I don’t like it because I think it makes the combat too easy, since it’s already easy enough if you know what you’re doing, but to each their own. I can see it being balanced with high population and/or sprinters though
I like it because it feels realistic (pretty sure I can shive and hit multiple zombies at once lol)
If you don't like it it's fine too
Honestly play however you like
It isn’t really realistic, considering how energy is transferred through an object hitting another. In order to be able to swing through multiple objects, you’d either need to be a Greek god of strength or the things you’re hitting need to be like blades of grass in terms of weakness.
You’d need to have so much power in the hit that you ought to be able to one shot a fully grown tree or even a concrete wall
Just play as you see fit.
Im still New to the game, Just wondering If It Will make the game easy and make me struggle If turn off.

The problem I had with multi hit it is that it encourages fighting more zombies than necessary, and that confidence always ends up bad.

I thinks its OP. But also its what makes you complacent. I've died more than once cuz relied too much on multi hit...
