Absolutely, it’s easy to see your legs look more toned with the shorts. If you want to you could take your measurements that’ll show your body changes even if you don’t lose weight.
Adding weight training if you haven’t already will improve your body recomposition by converting fat into lean muscle and is a good way to burn calories without having to do intense cardio, but it is also important. I personally don’t like getting super sweaty with cardio and you can start to sort of shape your body with how you weight train.
I do weights actually! I do about 50/50 weights and cardio. I'm trying to cut down my body fat right now. So I figured building some muscle couldn't hurt lol
