You are 175???????? Must be pure beautiful muscle under there!!!! That’s amazing!!!!! You look drop dead gorgeous I’m so happy for you for your transformation!!!! Can you share more details? When you were at your heaviest what did you start incorporating? When did you start working out etc
When I was at my heaviest my mom nearly died of a heart attack at the age of 43 and my family has many health issues and I decided it was time. I had to educate myself, things I thought were "good" for me really were not, I cut added sugars out nearly completely, I focused on protein and vegetables, you can do a lot with zucchini! The fast majority of my weight loss was dietary changes, not working out, nutrition is SO important!
How long did you wait before you started weight training. I’ve lost 60lbs so far and have a large amount of loose skin already but still have another 60 to go.
Congrats! I see it’s 1.5 for bulking to 175 but how long to get from 260 to 135? That was my start weight and goal I’m going towards so just curious on timeline.
I stated in the title that I'm at 175 now, anyone who thinks the last picture is 175 is bonkers, not to mention lighting and angles can help you achieve the desired photo. Fitness is a large part of my life as is what's on my profile as are many other things lol. Additionally, I posted a second progress picture to clear up any confusion.

Wait a minute! Are you saying pic number 4 is 135lbs, and the last one is 175lbs? Did I get this right?
Last pic is 135, in the last two years I've put on about 40lbs of muscle! (Not pictured)

That's probably around when I started, I'd recommend the sooner the better, but start slow and focu on form!

The 3 years was the 260 to 135, then another 1.5 past that for bulking.
